A small restaurant in the upper town. We came here on a recommendation and were delighted. The staff is small, yes, but the taste and atmosphere are beyond praise. You feel like you're visiting your Italian grandmother. We definitely recommend it.

We just had lunch at this trattoria, two of us with a dog. We had two truffle-based first courses, two desserts, bottled Grechetto Umbro, still water, and a house truffle-flavored amaro. Everything was delicious 😋 Serviz8o

We often go back during the year and it is a tradition with friends in the summer. I often come here with people from all over the world who appreciate, together with the beauty of Città Alta, the cuisine of this restaurant and the warm and familiar atmosphere. We were served by a young and very friendly girl while Mrs. Adele, the owner, is a beautiful person who does her best to find space for everyone so that everyone is well. Recommended.

If you appreciate Northern Italian cuisine, this is the place for you. We thoroughly enjoyed the expertly prepared rabbit, beef brassato, polenta, and lemon sorbet.

Det var lite tilbehør til kjøttrettene så vi valgte pasta. Det var nydelig pasta. Porsjonene var litt små så jeg ville nok velge salat til neste gang. Hyggelig vertskap. Rolig beliggenhet, med kort vei til det meste. Stemningsfulle omgivelser.

A few months ago, I was in this excellent restaurant in Bergamo Alta that I found thanks to the reviews on Google map. Really very good food. The casoncelli were a dream. Friendly staff. Absolutely recommended

Restaurante agradable, un lugar tranquilo lejos del ruidoso enamoramiento de los turistas. Nos llevaron aquí los habitantes de Bérgamo. Muy buen casencelli, y conejo asado excepcional.

The quality is matched by the longer wait time for the food, which is prepared according to your reservation, excluding pre-cooking. Many herbs and vegetables are grown in the adjacent garden.
