Quiet environment and tables spaced apart to allow you to have conversations in privacy, excellent raw materials, I have never eaten better fish and in general each dish was really tasty, balanced, unique... the owner and his collaborators were attentive and present but never intrusive, it was pure pampering from start to finish. The enthusiasm of the owner is contagious, truly compliments! I have never had such a satisfying experience from every point of view.

The service is impeccable, the maitre Is knowledgeable and friendly and the wait staff is very attentive, as soon as the bread was finished or the glasses were empty there was someone at the ready. All the dishes were well thought out and balanced with reasonable portions and the complementary pre-entree, entree and petit patisserie were a nice touch that rounded out the experience. The price is definitely not cheap but not unreasonable, it's a restaurant intended for an occasion

25/08/2024: I have been here with friends to celebrate the August 15th since 2019 and every year I come thanks to Claudio Ortis and Franco who told me they knew a fish restaurant in Alpago so off we went and with great surprise I found a friend, after 40 years, from college on the left, Giorgio, and fellow soldier in the Lagoon on the S, Andrea, the Marino from s, Erasmo, father of the owner, the chef Mattia is great!!! Well eaten by God, on a cool terrace with a view of the lake and mountains. We talked and laughed with Marino about the old past, praised the good Mattia, the 2 scrupulous, professional and polite young waiters!!! Having said that, you have to come and try it and then you will realize that the fish is also good in Pieve in Alpago!!! Bye Marino and all your staff see you next time!!! Truly recommended!!! Keep it up!!! And w El old Leon!!!!!!!
