Aside from the touchy but friendly Sardinian serving in the dining room, in the kitchen there is a pure representative of Italian genius. Apart from the guinea fowl on a bed of peperonata which is a risky combination that has nothing to do with either the territory or the palate (usually in season a more suitable and delicate bed of asparagus) everything else was prepared with a I love crystalline class and the savoir fair of a multi-starred restaurant.

"Trattoria" in name only, but in terms of quality and composition of the dishes we are easily at the level of a good restaurant! Menu with at least 4/5 courses per type of dish which varies every month. Good choice on the wine list and the chocolate cake served with the hot Marsala zabaglione (or any variant, in any case with the fabulous Zabaione) is absolutely worth tasting.

15/07/2024: Fermato per caso.. vengo catapultato in un locale di altri tempi. Il salotto con le poltrone di fronte al bancone è di rara bellezza. La dolcezza dell’anziana Signora che ci accoglie riempie il cuore. Il paesino è vuoto.. non passa un’auto, due ragazzini giocano a palla in strada.. poesia.
04/02/2024: Saremo una mosca bianca e ci piace pensare che siamo stati sfortunati......perché dopo un'ora e mezza per arrivare in questa locazione molto molto suggestiva, siamo tornati a casa delusi per il cibo. Ottime le qualità e c'è cura nelle preparazioni...purtroppo però lo chef non ha saputo dosare ne il sale ne l olio... i pacchetti e la carne galleggiavano in un'ambulanza di olio che nn dava sapore al piatto...tutt'altro...e mancavano tutte pietanze portate di sale.. Sfortunati probabilmente...ma un assaggio non farebbe male a nessuno.

13/05/2024: Ce restaurant pourrait retrouver son étoile Michelin si: Le décor était un peu plus luxueux, les jardins et l'hôtel un peu rénovés, car rien n'incite à s'y arrêter le bâtiment de l'hôtel est vieillot . Les prix un peu moins élevés Les vins au verre servis avec une dose proche du compte goutte! inadmissible vu leur prix! Par contre la cuisine est fine et originale.
