The dish that won me over was the frog risotto: simply extraordinary. Perfectly cooked, al dente, and enveloping creaminess, with a refined and authentic balance of flavors. The tender and flavorful frogs enhance the dish with surprising delicacy. A true masterpiece of tradition, elegantly reinterpreted.
