The dish that won me over was the frog risotto: simply extraordinary. Perfectly cooked, al dente, and enveloping creaminess, with a refined and authentic balance of flavors. The tender and flavorful frogs enhance the dish with surprising delicacy. A true masterpiece of tradition, elegantly reinterpreted. Sincere compliments to the chef, who demonstrates great talent, technique, and passion. Each dish reflects research, quality ingredients, and a love of cooking. The dishes are beautiful and delicious, well-balanced, and stand out for both the high-quality ingredients and the technique, perfectly crafted by Parisian chef Raphael.
