I've eaten at this typical Bolognese trattoria several times, and each time I've found, in addition to excellent food, friendly service and prompt preparation. I recommend booking in advance.

Lasagna was very light and tasty. The Tagliatelle Bolognese was freshly made and the sauce was Spotify on. But the pannacota was the best ive ever tasted in my entire life.
Everything here is homenaje and you can tell!
Theserving staff were also so Kindle and friendly and very attentive.
100% recommend this place for a truly authentic Bologna exerience!

After reading the reviews, we decided to give it a try, and we weren't disappointed! The atmosphere was very pleasant, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious with generous portions. Definitely a great place to go if you're visiting Bologna and want to be sure where to eat!

It was a very bizarre experience. We read great reviews and that's the reason we came here - for the traditional flavors. The second we came to the door around 7pm the hostess said she can get us seated around 9.. (plenty of seating inside and outside). I asked if there's anything available sooner and reluctantly she sat us immediately. Weird. Took us about 15 min for the server to come take our order. I asked for the recommendation and was basically told: how can I decide for you, it's you choice.... Okay... Food was ok, nothing super.. served the purpose and was great for the price. The rest of the staff was very friendly and nice. Just a very weird experience. Definitely hit or miss judging by other reviews

A true Bolognese dinner... first time recommended by a friend.
The tagliatelle with ragù were amazing...the gnocco fritto lived up to expectations, the cotoletta alla bolognese...a must-try...at least once when passing through Bologna. The quality/price ratio is remarkable.

Very good pasta. But surprisingly we paid 2.5 euro for a simple espresso macchiato that is really very expensive for an espresso in Italy.

le lasagne più buone che abbia mai mangiato! solo per quelle vale il viaggio. il resto del menù molto semplice, è un ristorante di "passaggio" ma sempre piacevole fermarsi, ogni volta che siamo a bologna corriamo a mangiare le lasagne del Rosso e mai una volta siamo stati delusi! bravi complimenti!

Ottimo cibo: ho preso le tagliatelle alla bolognese ed erano buonissime. Semplice ma altrettanto buona la parmigiana. Il servizio va sicuramente lodato. Il cameriere mi ha versato il calice di vino davanti a me - normale ma spesso in altri locali bolognesi mi è capitato che mi portassero direttamente il bicchiere già riempito. Sono piccole accortezze che però fanno molto piacere
