Gorgeous reastaurant with the best tortellini al ragu I tried in Bologna. The iconic recipe is wonderful and the Lambrusco wine (one of the local ones) is heavenly for a very good price. Tiramisu was also perfect. Staff is very friendly and can speak very good English. The place has a very cosy unpretencious atmosphere, felt at home there.

Exquisite place. We called late on a Saturday morning and they were incredibly helpful. We arrived and were seated right away, taking our order very politely. The place is beautiful; there are coat hangers, cloth tablecloths and napkins, and typical trattoria glasses. They even brought us water right away, as were the dishes, which were delicious (and I say this as a Bolognese...). The cutlet was perfect, nice and big and delicious, just the right amount of challenging; the tortellini were very flavorful and the cream had just the right consistency; the potatoes were delicious and the perfect consistency. The service was very fast and everyone was very polite. I will definitely be back!!!

On a recommendation, I went to this place to try the tagliatelle al ragù, and it didn't disappoint at all. I liked that, as in most restaurants in Bologna, the tables had those typical red and white tablecloths. The service was friendly and helpful when we ordered. For an appetizer, I recommend ordering the crescentine.

Highly recommended trattoria. Traditional Emilian dishes in a simple, welcoming atmosphere. Excellent service and value for money.

It's always best to book a day in advance. Everything was excellent. Appetizers of mixed cured meats and soft, delicate crescentine, tortellini in broth and with ragu, Gramigna with cream and sausage, and Cotoletta alla Bolognese.

The tortellini and tagliatelle with ragù were good. The drinks were overpriced and the service was questionable. The gentleman at the cash register was rude, to say the least. Overall, based on the experience, I wouldn't recommend it.

12/01/2026: Excellent food! I usually can't finish a second course...but this time I didn't leave anything on my plate, and the portions were just right. I recommend stopping by for anyone who wants to eat well and drink good wine.

Top-notch Bolognese cuisine: soft crescentine, spectacular cured meats, excellent meats, and a truly amazing mortadella crostini. Spacious restaurant, convenient parking, and incredibly friendly staff. Definitely worth returning!
