Io sono vegetariana e ho preso delle melanzane alla parmigiana molto buone.
Locale carino, camerieri gentili e prezzi giusti.
Chiedo scusa ai bolognesi per aver bevuto solo acqua ma dovevo guidare.

Exceptional flavours.
The first courses are a fairy tale, really very good and honest portions.
I expected something more on the starters, but the raw material is certainly of quality.
Fast and organized service.
Nice location.
Value for money in line with what the place offers.
Location on the outskirts of the centre, therefore practically accessible on foot.
I absolutely recommend!

If you want to eat in the center of Bologna, if you want to eat a lot in the center of Bologna, if you want to eat a lot, well and spend little in the center of Bologna... all in this restaurant!! I remembered it well...The courses are traditional cuisine but also salads and vegetables.
I took crescentine and a first course. Very good! ...I wasn't able to order the second one, I was super full.
Even the superior Sangiovese, really superior.
I liked everything...the cashier was a bit bitchy...but how can you blame him with a thousand people all with different needs and questions and it's 80 degrees outside?!

We found ourselves passing through Bologna and we went to this trattoria... what can I say, excellent dishes, the crescentine with cured meats and squacquerone are absolutely worth trying! Then everyone was very kind, a true Bolognese welcome.

We usually go there on Sunday, because they are fast and there is a good choice. My father is in the chair, there is a small step at the entrance and they have a bathroom for disabled people. Good Bolognese cuisine, not revisited. Friendly staff. Going there on Friday for lunch there were few people, we were in the last room with air conditioning... wonderful. The desserts are a little expensive, 6 euros. Wine only in bottles. If the temperature is normal, you can eat on the porch. They are not a real trattoria, the prices are like those of a restaurant in the centre, you spend 40 euros each, but they are worth it

Cozy trattoria in the center of the city, as a Bolognese I can say excellent lasagne and tortellini, accompanied by a delicious cutlet and friggione.
Simple, quiet and clean location. Friendly and helpful waiters.
Quick service, clean and well-kept bathrooms.
The only flaw: the gentleman sitting at the cash register, perhaps the owner, was very unpleasant in his manner towards customers, thus ruining a perfect dinner
Despite the gentleman at the register, I will definitely return

My wife and I had dinner at Trattoria Del Rosso the second night of our stay in Bologna during our wedding anniversary trip to Switzerland and Italy this past summer. We were seated in the back dining room which we appreciated because it was air conditioned. I had the pork shank (knuckle), with potatoes, and grilled vegetables. My wife had pasta with bolognese sauce. My pork shank was fabulous. My wife’s pasta was the Venus navel type. She thought there needed to be more ragu on the pasta. Still, it was a good meal.
