Trattoria del Pozzo In Castelseprio

We stopped today for lunch, there were four of us. We ate four first courses (cacciatora ragù and matriciana), four second courses (2 roast pork, vegetable crispy, cheese platter), 2 side dishes, three desserts, two coffees, two bottles of water, 1/4 of wine. They welcomed us with a smile, the service was fast, the bill very honest. The quality of the raw materials is very good. Congratulations, keep it up!

The classic true Trattoria…. Really excellent Sunday lunch. Friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

Siamo andati a pranzo in questa trattoria a Castelseprio. Gestore sorridente e cordiale. Sistemazione trovata su un all’aperto nel cortile. Menù essenziale, piatti tipici cucina iperindaffarata nella preparazione delle ordinazioni. Abbiamo assaggiato uno spaghetto al pomodoro e cinghiale in umido con polenta taragna. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti dell’esperienza. Locale consigliato per la genuinità, la cortesia e la semplicità.

We booked lunch on Sunday. Cozy, family-friendly place with a very pleasant outdoor veranda where we had lunch. Very friendly staff, attentive and quick service. Tasty home-made food with generous portions and very satisfying value for money. There were 3 of us, we ordered 1 first course, 3 second courses, 2 side dishes, 1 dessert, water and coffee for 50 euros. Pleasant discovery just a few minutes from the Torba monastery.

Ci siamo fermati per un pranzo di lavoro in settimana. Ambiente semplice, accogliente. Ottimo servizio ai tavoli. Pranzo di lavoro con scelta tra vari primi, secondi e contorni. Piatti ben cucinati. Parcheggi in zona.
