Excellent fish, Excellent wines, But I wonder why we have to save money on extra virgin olive oils. It's a shame the circle hasn't closed with excellent products.

The combination of freshly caught raw fish, spices, sprouts, and fruit was something exciting and unique! I went on a Sunday and the chef claimed he hadn't given us enough attention because the place was packed, advising us to return during the week. But nothing could be further from the truth, as I had a wonderful time. To date, it remains the most popular raw fish.

As soon as we arrived, the reservation was known to all the staff. Excellent service. Excellent food. It's not cheap, but when the quality is superior, it's worth paying.

Amazing Christmas lunch, super fresh fish, super attentive waiters, knowledgeable in describing the dishes... The raw fish deserves more stars; if I counted correctly, there were 18 different ones, with a crescendo of flavors that gradually envelop the palate and prepare it for the next. The fish soup alone is worth the trip, a wide selection of wines, and everything else.

23/12/2025: For lunch, the selection was minimal; for the main course, the Milanese was undercooked and quite indigestible, with a side of potatoes. They arrived cold. The first course was acceptable.
21/12/2025: Quality Piedmontese cuisine, courtesy and availability, more than fair price...we'll see you again, well done
