There should be 5 stars available just for the friendliness, therefore very pleasant service, and for the rest, what can I say...the best trattoria in Lomellina. Thanks also for the super attention to gluten-free food!!!

You absolutely must try Grandma Carla's paniscia and ravioli! Mrs. Carla was very appreciative, coming to the table several times to check that everything was okay.

Excellent trattoria in the center of the town of Vespolate. I stopped for lunch and ate an excellent paniscia (typical dish of the area). The place is small but you have the possibility of eating outside in a beautiful courtyard. The service is youthful and very friendly. The proposed menu is very valid and the prices are super! A trattoria that I highly recommend!

An ideal place to enjoy the excellent cuisine of the area, accompanied by the poetic and welcome presence of Carla, who describes the rich menu, and accompanies with anecdotes of real life. Excellent choice of wines A truly very pleasant place, where the dishes are not only very good, but are AS I SAY...which is priceless We were very satisfied with everything...

Ottimo posto informale servito egregiamente e con simpatia. La signora Carla è venuta al tavolo per salutarci e scherzare con noi. Penso sia la cuoca. Tutto ottimo e paniscia davvero squisita. CI torneremo sicuramente.

10/09/2025: First experience today for lunch with my family at this restaurant, which I'd call a Michelin-starred restaurant disguised as a country trattoria. The dishes were of remarkable depth and quality, and then the zabaglione was freshly prepared in front of us... bonus!
10/09/2025: Lunch. A secret address in a well-hidden location on a small street. A very pleasant surprise and a menu with original flavors. Very good meats. We recommend it.
