Excellent trattoria in the center of the town of Vespolate. I stopped for lunch and ate an excellent paniscia (typical dish of the area). The place is small but you have the possibility of eating outside in a beautiful courtyard. The service is youthful and very friendly. The proposed menu is very valid and the prices are super! A trattoria that I highly recommend!

An ideal place to enjoy the excellent cuisine of the area, accompanied by the poetic and welcome presence of Carla, who describes the rich menu, and accompanies with anecdotes of real life. Excellent choice of wines A truly very pleasant place, where the dishes are not only very good, but are AS I SAY...which is priceless We were very satisfied with everything...

Ottimo posto informale servito egregiamente e con simpatia. La signora Carla è venuta al tavolo per salutarci e scherzare con noi. Penso sia la cuoca. Tutto ottimo e paniscia davvero squisita. CI torneremo sicuramente.

Ci sono andato con un vecchio amico..ambiente informale..Sabato a pranzo..menu del giorno tutto bene ma la sorpresa è stata la testina ..direi in umido leggermente rossa di pomodoro..cucinata sapientemente e a lungo..e per finire cheescake alla fragola deliziosa..prezzo super adeguato..alla prossima..

Village restaurant with fixed price lunch menu but never banal. I stopped by on a Saturday for lunch and found a cream of leeks and potatoes with impressive croutons. Then grilled polenta, grilled cheese, house rosé wine (lots of it), coffee and coffee killer for 21 euros per person. On Saturday evening and Sunday classic Novara menu with surprises obviously not at a fixed price. Booking is always better. Applause to the 3 women who run it.

23/08/2025: There's really little to say... this pizza is delicious! I ordered it to take away and it arrived perfect.. in three bites it was finished.. I highly recommend it! :)
23/08/2025: The pizza was reasonably priced and delicious. The pizza maker spoke Spanish and treated us like royalty. If I return to Novara, I'm sure I'll go there for lunch.
