I'm a little confused in making an opinion. Let's say that everything went well (service, food and drinks were ok) until the moment of payment when the gentleman at the cash register started to freak out... I didn't understand if it was choreography or a moment of loss of balance (I lean more for the second hypothesis) when he started screaming and throwing the pos like a baseball!!!

On Tuesday lunchtime we were treated to 4 delicious - unfortunately somewhat small - courses including wine, water and coffee for an incredible 15 euros... THANK YOU I would have liked to have been able/wanted to eat two to four more courses (also with Tartufo - whether nero or biance). Unfortunately that didn't work, what a shame 🥲

A hidden gem!!! Only for insiders and locals. You will see the REAL Lange food culture, not the one from Alba. When you see the owner, Mauro cooking like his grand Mum was doing, you will get what I mean… un incredible price - quality - ambiance ratio👌

Simple place but with a fabulous view. We happened upon it during the week, when the menu includes a simpler lunch than the weekend offerings. Appetizer, first course, second course, fruit, coffee and even dessert were well eaten with an exceptional quality/price ratio. We will definitely be back some weekend to savor other delicacies. Special mention Hazelnut cake and zabaglione… excellent!!

25/12/2024: Charming tavern in the hamlet of Celle. Umberto, manager and chef, prepares refined and delicious dishes for a gastronomic proposal that is a journey through flavors to discover and all without harming the animals. We went to eat every night of our short break. I can't wait to return. Highly recommended.
01/12/2024: We stayed one night in this small village surrounded by nature and mountains, ideal for those who need to unplug and stay in silence for a while. We were received by Umberto and his dog in his tavern, a warm and welcoming environment that feels like home. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. And what about the cuisine: Umberto serves 100% vegetable dishes, created with care and dedication, he dedicates himself to the self-production of cheeses, yogurt and tempeh, all sensational. Refined wines and bitters, all always in line with love and respect for the environment and animals. The dinner and breakfast dishes are plentiful and the price for half board is more than honest. Realities like this deserve to be supported and supported and I wish Umberto all the success he deserves! We will see each other soon.

03/12/2024: 2 of us came by chance with our border collie, immediately welcomed, nice place, good food, super mushroom tagliatelle. Very rich mixed starter also good.

Tavoli ben apparecchiati Servizio Gentile e Professionale Proposte di mare e terra che accontentano tutti Prezzi in linea con le proposte Discreta la cantina Location grande e luminosa In questa occasione un ottimo filetto al pepe verde. Parcheggio con disco orario a 10 mt dal locale. Consigliato per affari e turismo.
