The two chefs Vincenzo and Nicola, friendly and passionate about their work, delighted us with quality dishes. Each course was a masterpiece, fresh and refined ingredients and maximum cleanliness and order were evident in every corner of the restaurant. Most of the tables are made up of foreign tourists who appreciate good food. It was a pleasure to share the evening with people from different parts of the world. I had fun, in an environment that conveyed conviviality and friendliness. If you are in Castino, don't miss the opportunity to experience this culinary wonder. I recommend it! Great food, friendly owner - fantastic place.

Today the very nice and highly trained chef Vincenzo Siani in the dining room and his partner, the equally well-known chef Nicola Di Tarsia in the kitchen, brightened up a gloomy autumn working day for me with a superlative lunch, on the hills of the Alta Langa in Castino, province of Cuneo but where you can already breathe the air of Liguria. A Langhe lunch, simple and sincere, with a mixed starter composed of veal with tuna sauce, raw Fassona meat and Russian salad, where it was difficult to choose a winner, with three truly excellent tastings of Piedmontese specialties executed to perfection by the skilled hands of these two extraordinary chefs, the Turin native of Apulian and Calabrian origins Nicola Di Tarsia and the Amalfi native who has been transplanted to the Langhe for many years, Vincenzo Siani, who after experiences in starred restaurants have moved to this small village to offer traditional cuisine but with excellent products and a lot of professionalism. Lunch continued with tajarin with white sausage ragout, a first course that I will remember for a long time, truly amazing, delicious! 😋 All accompanied by a glass (A REAL GLASS!) of excellent Dolcetto from the Cantina Sociale of Cossano Belbo. Not satisfied, I also wanted to treat myself to their Bunet, which I appreciated very much because it was made to perfection with local hazelnuts. Correct prices, informal and truly empathetic service. We will definitely see each other again.

Onestamente non mi è piaciuto… a pelle, subito, tante chiacchiere. Cibo prima del vino, cosa che è inaudita in generale, nelle Langhe poi! Cibo più che ordinario, anzi oserei dire mediocre, prezzi nella media, a mio modesto parere c’è di meglio.

I had lunch here with my boyfriend, it's a welcoming and familiar place. Impeccable service and exquisite food. We were welcomed with a taste of parmigiana (very good, made to perfection, to be absolutely taken among the appetizers) We ordered a tagliatelle with potatoes and homemade ravioli with meat sauce (also homemade), spectacular, both outside menu. I wanted to thank the chef for the welcome as well as for the mouth-watering lunch. Highly recommended

Found by chance Courtesy in reception The ravioli topped with cream cheese is excellent, and the roe deer with puree is special and soft. Nice to have lunch on the outdoor tables enjoying the tranquility of the town
