Ero curioso di provare la Trattoria del Peso a Castino . Sabato per goderci un po' di fresco abbiamo cenato in questa Trattoria sulla piazza centrale . Ci siamo.accomodati in veranda, il menù scritto sulla lavagnetta proponeva tre antipasti , quattro primi ,tre secondi , con prezzi da € 12.00 ,a € 18.00 La nostra scelta è andata su uma battuta di fassona e un vitello tonnato , a seguire lasagna e plin verdi al Roccaverano con un Arneis di un produttore di Cossano Belbo.Mi aspettavo di più , vista la recensione letta su un giornale. Comunque si è mangiato bene

Very good cuisine, very friendly and great value for money

Nicola took over the Trattoria del Peso three months ago. He is a trained chef, which is very noticeable. He cooks with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The menu is small but nice. We spent a week's holiday in Castino and after the first dinner we were happy to be guests at Nicola's on the other days too. He's happy to accommodate requests - for example, he made us a risotto that wasn't on the menu. Vegetarians also get their money's worth. I can highly recommend the trattoria - a detour to Castino for a fine meal is worth it.

Excellent food and very welcoming staff, super recommended

We have lived in this region for 25 years and this restaurant is simply great. All dishes are fresh and super tasty. The store is great. Good country design with nice tables outside. It couldn't be better or more beautiful!! A must!

Aspettative alte, cibo normale e cameriera gentilissima, prezzo alto per quello che ho mangiato. Avendo lavorato per anni nell'ambito della ristorazione e avendo a che fare ancora oggi nel settore, credo che un pizzico di umiltà farebbe bene.
