Traditional cuisine and excellent food, the trout is superb and cooked the old fashioned way and if you want they even debone it. For those who love simple and cheap cuisine it is worth a visit.

The place immediately appears welcoming, the fireplace at the entrance is something spectacular, all surrounded by super friendly staff. We had dinner with pizza, delicious, thin, crunchy on the edge and tasty. Desserts equally good. Absolutely recommended!!!!!

10/07/2025: My girlfriend and I had such a great time that we returned a second time during our stay in Monte San Martino. Their friendliness, kindness, and affability are just some of the things that set them apart, in addition to the excellent food, of course. The juniper tagliatelle and the maltagliati are highly recommended. The meat on the main course is truly exceptional. The lasagna all'angelica, cooked just beforehand, is truly unique. I've never had a better lasagna. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely go there again. Andrea, Antonio, and Angelica are wonderful people who make you feel at home from the moment you set foot in the restaurant.
