I ate tagliolini with trout and truffle, they were excellent, then grilled trout, you can even eat the skin!!!!

We visited Trattoria Pizzeria del Pescatore in Visso for a Sunday lunch, and the overall experience was very positive. The appetizers impressed us with their variety and quality: rich, tasty, and the perfect start to the meal with traditional, beautifully presented flavors.
The mixed grill was also excellent, with perfectly cooked meats and truly flavorful. The care taken in selecting the ingredients is evident.
The only downside was the service: having ordered a first and second course, the dishes arrived quite far apart, effectively leading us to eat at different times. A shame, as it somewhat disrupted the flow of the meal.
Despite this, the quality of the cuisine is definitely worth a visit, and with a little more attention to coordinating the timing of the dishes, the experience could be truly excellent.

Excellent pizza (thin, but very large) and a decent selection of local dishes, with trout and shrimp always fresh from the nearby farm.
Friendly service and a beautiful open fireplace for grilling.
Absolutely reasonable prices.

The trattoria's specialties are trout dishes. The chitarrine with trout are delicious, but the highlight is the truffled trout: expertly paired with the strong flavor of truffles, it combines the goodness and flavors of the forest with the typical Umbrian river fish. Rating 10+

Traditional cuisine and excellent food, the trout is superb and cooked the old fashioned way and if you want they even debone it. For those who love simple and cheap cuisine it is worth a visit.
