Family lunch and a pleasant return to the Massimo restaurant. Renovated menu, increasingly up-to-date dishes, staff always present and it's a pleasure to meet them again (thank you Salvo for the way you welcomed and served us). There are 9 of us plus a little girl. Various first courses include an appetizer with fried artichokes and puff pastry chips with light and tasty frying. Total with welcome discount €200.00

This is a great Sicilian dining experience. Delicious food, great values in the presentation, great service ( a little standoff-ish at first perhaps, but I think it's part of their fierce pride).
They have a very comfortable and roomy setting inches from the Teatro Massimo, but it is completely non-touristy and feels very authentic. It's relaxed, quiet, respectful and very professional.
I highly recommend this dining experience.

Der erste Besuch war in jeder Hinsicht - Speisen, Getränke, Service - so rundweg zufriedenstellend, dass wir am folgenden Tag, diesmal mit Freunden, gleich noch einmal hingegangen sind - und den guten Eindruck bestätigt gefunden haben.

Alle spalle del Teatro Massimo, in pieno centro città. Cucina della tradizione siciliana, eccezionali i primi piatti e abbondanti le porzioni. Il servizio è celere e il personale estremamente gentile. Abbiamo ordinato antipasti tipici siciliani e primi piatti (sia di pesce che di terra) ben conditi con ingredienti freschi. Abbiamo anche avuto la possibilità di ottenere uno sconto prenotando su The Fork. Siamo già tornati più volte per il rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono e non siamo mai rimasti delusi.
