We didn't have a reservation, but we got a table anyway. The food and wine were excellent, and we would return anytime.

Excellent and plentiful food. It tasted like delicious homemade food. Service was attentive and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our last dinner there in Palermo. Highly recommended if you're looking for simplicity, genuine, traditional flavor in a peaceful atmosphere.

Could not recommend this place more. We first stumbled upon Trattoria Del Massimo two years ago, and had their amazing ravioli stuffed with fish, with shrimp and pistachio sauce, and this was the highlight of our trip back then, culinary exploration wise. This time we came back hoping to order it again, but it wasn't in the menu. We mentioned this to the lovely staff, and they, after checking with the chef, assured us this is not a problem, and made it for us (!). And once again it was gorgeous, such a lovely dish. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, both quality of food wise, and also for the amazing service and friendliness of personnel. Just go there, you will not be disappointed! Thank you for making such beautiful memories!

We really enjoyed the food. Exquisite dishes with a homemade flavor. Excellent value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. Although we are tourists, we wanted to escape the more crowded places. Just behind the Teatro Massimo, but away from the hustle and bustle of tourists, we found this restaurant that still maintains a certain authenticity. Recommended.

The pasta is truly incredible, I'll dream about it tonight, it was delicious and the price was very fair, the waiters were very kind, go there

We had an excellent dinner from starter to the main course (swordfish & tuna), contorni included in the price which never happens in Italy. Typical Italian trattoria the way we like it!

Trattoria just steps from the Teatro Massimo in the center of Palermo, with delicious food. Highly recommended by two Venetian tourists on vacation.

Ottimo locale, un po’ fuori dal centro più turistico, ma che vale davvero la pena! Cibo squisito, servizio rapido, personale davvero professionale e gentile. Ottima scelta di vini anche al calice. Dettaglio non da poco è l’attenzione anche per i bimbi, ai quali è stato donato un giochino a testa per intrattenerli, oltre ad avere una sezione del menu dedicata a loro, che i miei bimbi hanno molto apprezzato. Davvero consigliato.

Location gradevole proprio dietro il Teatro Massimo. Abbiamo optato per il menù fisso di Pasquetta ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa! Tutto molto buono e porzioni abbondanti. Servizio celere e professionale nonostante il gran numero di commensali. Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente onesto! Complimenti!
