It's a simple trattoria in the outskirts of Monterotondo on the Via Salaria , about one hour away from Rome's centre , its open for lunch and very popular with locals so it's a good idea to call them before and reserve a table.
They basically offer 3 types of pasta (fettuccione , ravioli and gnocchi on thursdays) and you can choose the sauce (I had Carbonara with the fettuccine although they used pancetta bacon instead of guanciale).
The choice for main courses is also featuring mostly local cuisine such as meatballs (very tasty) , chicken with bell peppers or rabbit.
Being a trattoria the setting is very simple , the wine is local , and the food is tasty and presented in a simple way.
I had the luck to stop there on April 30th which was a sunny day and I enjoyed eating outside in the garden under the trees, it was really nice!
Service was quite quick even if the place was full , the waiters did their best to cope with all the customers and were very nice.
I can really recommend the place for tasty local food!
