Very nice staff and the best Bolognese cutlet ever

Tris Bologna is stellar! The portions are large and everything is delicious. The parmesan and mushroom pie is also highly recommended.

I stumbled upon this delightful little place, intimate and familiar, by chance. Bolognese cuisine, warm, simple and authentic. Helpful, professional and super welcoming staff that makes this place a little gem where you can feel at home.

I am sitting at the table, the premises are good, but the reality has exceeded expectations ... restaurant run in an excellent way. I am happy to have discovered this place and I will certainly continue to come here with other friends. Congratulations to you all!!!

I was here for the first time as soon as I arrived in Bologna, since that day it has become my favorite place. After years I can only confirm the attention, cleanliness, kindness and professionalism of the staff and the punctual goodness that distinguishes refined and decidedly masterfully balanced lunches and dinners. Five stars are undoubtedly a must for everything that this place has represented for me for years. I will continue to recommend it and come every time I want to treat myself.

In my opinion it is one of the best trattorias in Bologna! The food is divine. We took, among other things, the trio of first courses which is simply perfect! The service was excellent and they were very kind to my 5 month old baby.

Piatti abbondanti , di qualità , della tradizione bolognese, ben curati. Servizio cortese e veloce. Nonostante lo spazio un po' angusto, siamo stati benissimo, locale pulito. Ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità.

Con amici decidiamo di pranzare in questo locale per il pranzo del primo dell'anno. Su consigli di alcuni amici bolognesi prenotiamo con ampio anticipo. Per 6+1bimba. Il locale offre il servizio pranzo suddiviso in due turni, il primo dalle 12:00 alle 14:00 e il secondo dalle 14:00 in poi. Noi abbiamo prenotato per il primo turno. Il locale è accogliente, piccolo e ben organizzato. Semplice, senza nulla di particolare. Il servizio veloce e cortese. Il menù è anch'esso semplice e dettagliato. Scegliamo varie pietanze le quali le abbiamo trovate molto gustose, abbondanti e ben cotte. Scegliamo guancia con brasato, tortellini in brodo, cotoletta e balanzoni bolognesi. Vino, acqua dolci e caffè. Siamo rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti. I piatti erano squisiti. Come prima volta è stato ottimo. Lo consiglio. Il prezzo nella media. Circa 33 euro a persona.
