Walk to Serra to see our whitewashed Apennines, with a stop at the Trattoria del Gallo. Lasagne good but not excellent, it was missing a bit of crust. The rabbit cacciatara and accompanying crescentine are excellent, however. There was no more room for desserts...maybe for next time.

Cucina molto semplice, poca scelta, qualità nella media. Un plauso ai dolci, veramente buoni. Da migliorare nettamente il servizio. Prezzi medi.

It's been a long time since I went to Serramazzoni and when a friend recommended the trattoria del Gallo to me for the quality of the food, especially the tortellini, I didn't believe him. I had to change my mind: the Gallo restaurant offers tortellini and tigelle which are spectacular. Full 5 stars. The location and the environment in general are pleasant. The service is good.

04/01/2025: Excellent welcome from the owner, very nice and kind. Too bad about the long waiting times perhaps caused by the recent change of management. We will return confident that the situation will improve. Good luck.
04/01/2025: My wife, daughter and I had lunch in this restaurant which I knew well from previous managements. What can I say... you are pampered, looked after and served as if you were at the home of the best relatives. The food offering is good and clearly evolving, given that the new management has been under threat for a very short time. Mixed cold cuts and cheese platter of galactic level and the fillet with porcini mushrooms is also excellent. Excellent price. Really very capable owner with clear ideas on the type of catering to offer. We will see each other again without any doubt.

Osteria La Confusa

10/02/2025: Excellent cuisine and a beautiful atmosphere in this place located in the center of Abbadia San Salvatore. I tried the beef stew, very tender and rich in flavour, truly delicious! The environment is welcoming and with attention to detail, ideal for a relaxing evening. The staff were also friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!
17/10/2024: Very particular tavern, the food is of excellent quality. The owner very friendly.
