Trattoria Del Frettoloso In Monza

We found the place looking for a traditional trattoria on our brief visit to Monza, in mid-June, with my partner. The place does not face the street, but you enter through a bar and then you have to pass a covered patio to the back. The place has the aesthetics of a club, almost improvised, very simple, and without pretensions. In my country, Argentina, we call this style of restaurant "bodegón". As someone said "it feels like you went to eat at your grandmother's", and that was exactly what we were looking for, which is why our review is totally positive. Excellent home cooking, it feels like you went to eat at your grandmother's. Menu of the day with simple but good dishes. Excellent prices: €30 for two people with two first courses, two second courses, a dessert, two coffees (one correct) and 1L of water. You have to enter the internal courtyard.

Nothing special, everything normal. the environment should be renovated. 13 euros is a lot for the work menu but I don't know how to find anything better in the area

A real family restaurant, good guys...

Locale nascosto a cui si accede da un cortile. Arredamento essenziale, tipico di una trattoria da pranzo di lavoro. L'accoglienza, il menu e la qualità dei piatti sono però di qualità superiore. Accanto ad alcuni piatti tradizionali, non mancano proposte più originali, tutti ben presentati. Il conto, per la qualità della proposta, risulta moderato. Adatto per un'utenza non modaiola, ma che vuole mangiare bene.
