The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The various dishes are excellent, from starters to main courses, and the desserts are delicious. Compliments to the chef and all the staff.

Excellent trattoria with which I can't find any fault. I've tasted several dishes, all excellent, made with quality ingredients. The owner, the soul and heart of the place, is able to fulfill any request with a smile and a joke. Excellent Sicilian wines by the bottle, and incredibly good ones on tap, which isn't often the case. The main reason (in my humble opinion) to visit the town.

Absolute gem of a place. Arrived after that steep uphill into Prizzi for coffee and beautiful pistachio dolce, then also ordered a tomato mozzarella sandwich to take away for my dinner. Spectacular! And a Sicilian beer to go with it. Mille grazie!

Ristorantino Palazzo Sambuca

19/05/2026: Initially thinking of eating pizza but we walked by this beautiful place and decided to try it out. In short, pure ingredients, lovely sweetvl oranges, fresh fennel in the salad, gnocchi that is actually light and easy to eat and my pasta was so smooth... lastly, the chocolate and pistachio dessert was delicious and texture wise on point. Only one dissonant, it took quite awhile to get our our orders to the table... and it was definitely not busy. Still, highly recommended.
10/05/2026: The catch of the day was absolutely remarkable: a grouper cooked to perfection, exceptionally fresh. The pink shrimp and scorpionfish sashimi were outstanding! The wine was unique and worth cellaring. A true discovery to share.
