Ottima trattoria a conduzione familiare con utilizzo di prodotti a km 0. Vasto assortimento nel menù a base di tartufo bianco pregiato. Primi con pasta rigorosamente homemade. Secondi,prevalentemente di carne, contorni vari con ortaggi di stagione. Ottimo flan preparato al momento. Gustosi crostoni e vari crostoli , ricetta di Urbania, riccamente farciti. Ambiente familiare e intimo. Staff gentile e sollecito. Dessert fatti in casa. Consigliatissimo

We met him from the Borghese program, we had good expectations... There were 4 of us, we were placed on a table near the door attached to the wall, an inch away from another table where there was continuous passage... my husband almost had to put himself on his neighbor's lap so as not to continue being patted by the waitresses. We ordered, we saw people who arrived after us being served before, after 45 minutes, with 4 people behind us waiting for a table, a waitress approached asking us, almost annoyed because we were occupying a table, if we had finished... we pointed out to her that we were still waiting for the first course... after 15 the side dish of 1 finally arrived and after another 10 minutes the 3 first courses ordered, after another 15 we asked where the second courses were otherwise we would get up... 3 second courses arrived and they were placing us on the dirty plates of the first. After 10 minutes the fourth second arrived. After pointing out the long wait he replied "sorry but there is only one fire" once they finished they brought us a small square of tart offered... we couldn't wait to escape from there. Food nothing special…
