A lovely trattoria on the first hills of Bologna, in the Castello di Serravalle area. I've been coming here for years and I always have a good time.... Excellent, knowledgeable and lively staff, one of the partners is the best, always smiling and cheerful, always instilling joy, well-being and positivity. Excellent food, fantastic borlenghi, the best in the area, according to my taste. Excellent tripe, delicious crescentine, excellent platters of cured meats. In short, a highly recommended restaurant for quality, price and excellent service.

The first courses and classic borlenghi are excellent; I like them that way. I recommend booking in advance, as the place isn't very large.

Borlengo with parmesan and balsamic vinegar: very good.
Tortelloni with porcini mushrooms: very good
Tigelle: good but a bit challenging because they have a lot of pasta
Crème brulee and yogurt mousse with berries: good
Staff: very kind and always smiling 🔝
PS: They have many toppings for borlenghi, from traditional to mushroom and porcini to Nutella!
