Borlengo with parmesan and balsamic vinegar: very good.
Tortelloni with porcini mushrooms: very good
Tigelle: good but a bit challenging because they have a lot of pasta
Crème brulee and yogurt mousse with berries: good
Staff: very kind and always smiling 🔝
PS: They have many toppings for borlenghi, from traditional to mushroom and porcini to Nutella!

Standing out in this area is very difficult, but these guys have succeeded completely. The local staple food is truly unique and fantastic.
The staff is incredibly friendly and professional.
One of the best trattorias in the area.
We'll definitely be back again and again.

With friends from Ferrara, we went to this trattoria.
Nice little place, easy to get to.
Very friendly and efficient staff.
We had borlenghi and other traditional first courses.
Borlenghi were extraordinarily good.
The first courses were good but average.

La curiosità era rimasta per i borlenghi. Negli anni passati era noto per i borlenghi del suo fondatore. Il tempo passa per tutti.
Dopo una pausa il tutto è ripartito grazie a bravi e appassionati ragazzi che lo hanno preso per mano e rigenerato!
Ed anche i borlenghi sono un assolo che proseguono nella tradizione! Disponibili nelle richieste, più o meno morbidi o più o meno croccanti ma sempre loro!! Ottimi!

Trattoria dall’aspetto familiare ma onestamente un po’ trascurato. Mangiato un assaggio di borlenghi, un primo diviso in due e due cotolette. Pietanze di discreta fattura ma la disorganizzazione regna sovrana e i tempi di attesa biblici. I camerieri sono anche cortesi ma sembrano girare un po’ a vuoto tra i tavoli.
Comunque sono tutti ragazzi giovani, con una migliore organizzazione potranno fare molto meglio.
