With some family we wanted to try borlenghi and we came across this restaurant. We all had a first course and personally I tried the gramigna with sausage, it was good! As for the borlenghi, I tried the traditional one and the one with mushrooms, although the traditional one beats everything, because it is thin, crunchy and tasty. For dessert, the mascarpone cream is truly super. The place inside is not very large, but it has several tables, even if a little close to each other. The real flaw however was the staff, even though they were all very kind, they made a huge mess with the dishes. Some first courses arrived early, others later, as did the borlenghi, they all arrived at different times and the dishes gradually cooled. I understand that there were a lot of people, but it has never happened to me elsewhere even with rooms full of people. 🤷🏻

Unfortunately the service wasn't the best, but I can understand because there were a lot of people. On the other hand, the food is excellent... and the prices are right. I will definitely return

A dinner to discover the flavors of the territory. The special traditional borlengo is a real delight, as soon as you get to the heart all the flavors are released so much so that you can't stop at one, but you have to proceed. The first ones are also excellent.

Absolutely excellent food and service. It's not easy nowadays to find a place so well managed by young and extremely customer-focused staff. You find yourself immersed in a rustic, old style, lived-in and warm environment. It felt like I was eating at a family lunch. The food is literally exquisite, the love that is put into it and the effort used to make that dish unique shines through. Rustic flavors and traditions perfectly expressed in the dishes served. I recommend the local pignoletto wine, it is a seemingly delicate but strong and full-bodied white. Thanks to the guy who manages the room, very kind, polite and well informed about what he is about to serve you. Highly recommended.

Classic place but amazing borlenghi!

Trattoria di campagna a 25 Km da Bologna. sempre piena nei festivi e pre- festivi. Mediamente tutto il menù è più che discreto, ci vado spesso per i Borlenghi che nella versione classica sono buoni, purtroppo propongono alcune varianti con funghi, balsamico e altro che non sono all’altezza, ma accontentano chi non li ha mai mangiati, ma li sconsiglio. Altro difetto è che i vestiti post cena puzzano fortemente di cibo. Nel suo genere è sicuramente un locale positivo, ma non ricercate eccellenze. Meglio in estate perché si mangia fuori. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
