26/12/2025: I agree with the other reviews: the staff is unclear and courteous. The dishes are good but could be improved; the frozen pea ragù is unsightly. The traditional desserts are good. Prices are high.

05/01/2026: We went for lunch in Santo Stefano, we ordered everything seafood and it was truly delicious! Generous portions, truly delicious fish, nothing more to say except a big: CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU AND SEE YOU SOON!!!
27/12/2025: Let me start by saying we ordered three fish-based courses. Pasta with salmon: the sauce was good, but the pasta was overcooked. It's a shame because, as I said, the sauce was quite tasty. Fresh orecchiette with broccoli, clams, and bottarga: a good dish that we enjoyed thanks to the excellent mix of flavors. The mixed fried fish was very good: dry and crispy, as it should be served.
