Trattoria dei Magnani Al Cantinone In Milano

Locale con cucina tipica " Meneghina" anche se ho qualche dubbio che lo Chef sia influenzato da quella Romana.... infatti nel menù era presente la carbonara, le puntarelle che ho voluto provare,...il condimento ha rispettato il "disciplinare Sanpietrino" ma non il taglio del germoglio della catalogna presumo che non sia stato fatto arricciare...invece la variante del fiore di zucca ripieno con la ricotta mi ha favorevolmente impresso . Non potevo non provare la cotoletta della "casa" nella norma, anche il costo di 30 euro ( ho letto di recensioni che si lamentavano del prezzo troppo alto) rientra nei canoni da tenere in considerazione.....locale, zona centrale, personale di sala...ecc. .La prossima volta sarà per provare il risotto con osso buco.

We were kind of disappointed especially when asking for a recommendation. For example, my friend was asking whether to take a risotto with ossobuco meat or with “coteletta” and the waitress recommended coteletta, then the dish came with fried “coteletta” which is a shnitzel and my friend was really disappointed. I had this grilled beef filet which was delicious. The tiramissu was not the best, and the tarte apples with cinnamon was not the “tarte” I was expecting :( The first appetizer on the menu was excellent, the bruschettas were ok, nothing special. I forgot to take a pic because they came late and we were hungry. So the overall experience was average.

I wanted to eat traditional Milanese dishes and I went to Cantinone. Ate well

An old Italian restaurant located next to Corridor Vittorio Emanuele II. Highly recommend the zucchini and shrimp gnocchi. It’s such an unforgettable taste. In addition to delicious food, we also offer a rich wine collection. Another highly recommended classic Milanese restaurant, PaperMoon (Via Bagutta 1), is located in the Golden Four Corners boutique neighborhood.

We were there at a Candlelight show at the San Fedele Auditorium and didn't know where to have dinner. We saw the interesting dishes and went in. I believe there is no need for reservations. We took 2 risottos and they were very good, the tarta tatin was good but I would have served it hot. Very fast service. Both tourist and non-tourist clientele

Very good, slightly chic gourmet restaurant a stone's throw from the center of Milan and its commercial streets. I recommend.

Serata di coppia, non avevamo prenotato, quindi siamo andati presto alle 19.30, gentilmente ci hanno accontentati. Abbiamo preso un risotto alla milanese e una bistecca alla milanese, beh che dire il tempo di sistemarci e attendere qualche minuto e avevamo in tavola il tutto....direi troppo velocemente. Il risotto era ovviamente precotto ( solitamente ci vogliono 20 minuti minimo) Comunque nella media. Locale spazioso, caldo e personale cortese.
