Good traditional dishes, especially the Pan sciat. This family-run restaurant has a very kind owner. It's a shame there's no menu with prices, and there was a surprise at checkout, which wasn't very welcome, especially as it ruined what had been a lovely Sunday lunch.

Excellent trattoria where owners Ivana and Oscar will make you feel at home with local products cooked in the old style. Easy to find, located in the quiet village of Spriana, not far from Chiesa Valmalenco.

In the Spriana area, parking is easy. Having a house in Lanzada, I've tried almost all the restaurants in Malenchana, and now this one. Very down-to-earth, as other very friendly owners have said. They assume you know the area, as they don't provide menus but serve classic local dishes, with a few variations. Appreciation for the fact that they ask if you want bottled or tap water, as in the mountains it's a crime not to drink. The platter is excellent, with a super taroz and a variation on the sciatt, theirs are called pansciatt, with breadcrumbs inside as well. I tried the pizzoccheri, excellent and plentiful, and the ribs with polenta cooked in lavec, excellent. The bill was a surprise, of course, but the total (I don't know the prices of the individual dishes) is in line with the valley. Discount if you pay in cash—oh well, we're really old-fashioned. Recommended.

Excellent, just like home! Original and delicious appetizers: bread sciatt with mountain cheese and giardiniera, ribs in lavecc sauce with polenta... Everything was delicious, the welcome was warm and informal, and the prices were affordable for everyone.

I wouldn't have given it two cents. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised. Dishes prepared freshly. Nothing pre-cooked. Pizzoccheri as God commands. Friendly, professional staff...it felt like being with friends.

A unique and unexpected experience. It's practically like having a meal at a relative's house; the chef welcomes you and tells you about their specials of the day. The hostess is also friendly and welcoming. The home-cooked food is highly appreciated for its quality. Prices are absolutely average, if not even below average. The location is average, but it's in an enchanting place, Spriana, worth a visit! If you're in Spriana, stop by this restaurant. These days, these people... deserve it.

Dinner at this trattoria was a surreal experience. It felt like a journey back in time, with customs and traditions you've long since lost. There's no written menu; the choice of dishes is spoken and features traditional dishes or small specials of the day. The owners were very friendly and helpful throughout, almost as if they were grandparents inviting you to dinner at their home. The traditional dishes were very good and the portions were just right.
