They were all different and very good. Great option to start - Beef steak tartare with truffle They make it very simply and simply without much seasoning but it was still tasty. The truffle touch of the yolk is very subtle. - Sausages The cuts of sausages really surprised me. To each one better. The dish is somewhat scarce but it is an authentic delicacy. - Beef steak It is impossible to fail with a cut of this animal and on top of that if you know how to prepare it. The flavor of the meat and the point, from another world. To eat the whole ox - Friesian steak It was good but of course if you compare it to the ox it comes out badly.
