Excellent value for money. The service is mediocre, as they don't welcome customers...they leave you standing and waiting with empty tables. Despite this, I highly recommend it.

Classic Casoncelli alla bergamasca excellent. Excellent value for money, simple but very welcoming place. One detail, very clean bathrooms even at the end of the service. To be considered for lunch or dinner when you are in the area. Four-legged friends are welcome!

A simple restaurant but I always eat well, better to book, the handmade casoncelli also in the fixed price lunch menu are delicious

I recommend this restaurant...lunch as a couple We ate classic casoncelli tagliatelle hare sauce...rabbit with polenta taragna...scallops with mushrooms.. everything excellent compliments to the chef Normal prices.... I'm not from Bergamo so I'm not biased 😋😋

Sono stata a pranzo con un gruppo di amici a festeggiare il compleanno di due di loro. Era venerdì ed ho scelto primo e secondo di pesce, senza troppe aspettative. Invece sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa perché tutto quello che ho mangiato era genuino come fatto in casa. Il risotto con code di mazzancolle e zucchine (porzione abbondante) era saporito, senza essere troppo salato e non ho avuto sentore di glutammato di sodio, come spesso capita in tanti ristoranti. Anche il secondo, calamaretti con patate in sugo di pomodoro, senza essere stratosferico, era comunque gustoso. Infine il dolce: una bella fetta di torta di mele fatta dai gestori che ho apprezzato molto perché mi ricordava quella che faceva mia madre quando ero bambina. A detta dei miei amici anche il tiramisù era notevole, anche quello preparato dai gestori. Io non ho assaggiato i casoncelli fatti a mano, ma lo farò sicuramente in un’altra occasione, perché l’aspetto che avevano nei piatti degli amici, a cui sono piaciuti molto, era davvero invitante.
