I returned by motorbike after years in this little village. The road is a bit challenging but panoramic. The service is kind and welcoming, the cured meats are excellent, the tagliolini flour buckwheat with bresaola and porcini mushrooms are delicious, the portions are generous. The restaurant enjoys a position, a tranquility and a coolness, ideal for a lunch in perfect relaxation...

Simple menu, but everything is carefully prepared. Tagliatelle with venison ragù is world-class. The portions are generous, and the venison is delicious. There isn't much choice in Morterone, but I always enjoy stopping there.

For the type of place, everything was more than positive.

The place is very simple but there is everything you need to make a good midday stop before leaving for the various excursions... the food is good... it seems like the one grandma used to make... I remember to pay the ticket if you have to tackle the Palio pass on an Enduro motorbike.
