Fantastic trattoria! Reservations are required because it is a small but welcoming place! Rich menu that changes every night! Friendly and attentive staff! Top quality food and very affordable bill! Highly recommended for anyone passing through the surrounding areas!

Comfortable place, with excellent impeccable cuisine, we celebrated my daughter's communion all the relatives and friends were ecstatic about the goodness of the cuisine and very kind people. After celebrating the communion we celebrated the Confirmation and as always the dishes were impeccable very good I can't help but recommend this family-run restaurant

One of the few authentic Piedmontese trattorias that have survived the general decay. Three cold appetizers, two hot, two first courses, two second courses with side dishes, two desserts for €25. All strictly homemade, light but super tasty. It felt like I was eating at my grandmother's house again. Let's hope he manages to keep the traditions alive! GOOD

In our areas you can no longer find trattorias like this... here time seems to have stopped, a simple and welcoming place but the difference is made by the food... genuine and delicious with excellent quality products... and what about the owner... friendly and always ready with a joke!!! Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!!!

Provato oggi insieme a mio figlio. Entrambi siamo rimasti davvero sorpresi da questa trattoria che abbina la qualità alla quantità con una spesa davvero modica (25 euro a testa). Menù fisso con svariati antipasti, tutti ottimi, due primi buonissimi, due secondi con contorno e due dolci di cui una fetta di torta alle nocciole stratosferica. Vino, acqua e coperto tutti compresi nel prezzo. Se siete in zona dovete provarla!

10/07/2025: We took a 24-hour getaway to Sambuco. We took advantage of the spa area, which was very pleasant and quite varied: two saunas, a Turkish bath, a whirlpool, a Knipe bath, and various showers. The spa is not included in the room rate; we paid €15. The hotel room was very clean and well-maintained in a mountain cabin style. Perhaps the bathrooms are a bit old-fashioned. I would avoid single-use soap and shower gel sachets, as well as plastic cups wrapped in plastic bags. The highlight is the restaurant: the Sambuco lamb was delicious, and the rest of the half-board menu was also good. The owners are very kind; they recommended a beautiful hike for us.

03/06/2025: Good food cooked with passion. Empathetic owners who transmit their passion for their work, accurate service, the girls who served us, friendly and helpful. I recommend it to those who want to eat and drink really well!
18/05/2025: Delicious and traditional Piedmontese cuisine, where you finally understand what you are eating!! Welcoming place, attentive service, super dishes. Peperoni vol baghette verde that you don't find easily, tagliolini with butter and sage served to perfection, pork cheek that melts in your mouth, semifreddo al torrone that makes you roll on the floor because it is so good... as they say... it's worth it!
