Take a map from the information center, it will help you find your way around. Definitely do not take the Friendship Trail, because from the border to the Slovenian interior the roads are poorly marked and the landscape is mostly uninteresting (you are still walking through the forest).

06/01/2026: Very friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and some vegan options. I was here for brunch and had the PBJ pancakes :)
04/01/2026: The atmosphere was so warm, we had two breakfasts and one excellent dinner. The service was more than friendly, and well done for the fundraising efforts they've started!
