Simple but welcoming restaurant, in classic Italian family style. Huge portions and traditional dishes, delicious. The waiters are all very kind and helpful. You can see that they really love what they do. The donut they offered to all the tables at the end of the meal was delicious. To return!

I go there less often than would be appropriate The sauces (classic ragù, mushrooms or sheep ragù) are combined with amazing tagliolini, or gnocchi or gnoccacci (water and flour) or pappardelle, all with an average of 9.5 out of 10 Then the express meats are good and local but I prefer their cooked lamb or rabbit or tripe or coratella or pork Side dishes that never look out of place compared to main courses, the fried potatoes are cut by hand and not pre-cooked For this reason alone it would be necessary to take citizenship in Rocca di Cave but, without paying, they add a remarkable courtesy and friendliness. Exceptional. Impossible to describe

Highly recommended choice. We ate fettuccine with mushrooms and others with sheep's sauce, delicious and in gigantic portions, then rabbit in a cacciatore style, vegetables, sheep's roasts, tiramisu and wine. All perfect in a pleasant and comfortable environment assisted by the friendly Antonio. The bill then came as a pleasant surprise. We will be back.

Ultimamente abbiamo deciso di andare alla scoperta di posti nuovi, e questa volta ne abbiamo trovati due, il primo la trattoria, siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e siamo stati coccolati per tutto il tempo della nostra permanenza, cibo spettacolare, servizio impeccabile, personale cortese e gentile. Il secondo, il paesino di rocca di cave, una vera bomboniera a 1000 metri di altezza

Location: locale molto grande, con tanti coperti. Parcheggio un po' troppo piccolo per la mole di coperti che può ospitare. Cibo: porzioni abbondanti e gustose. Io ho preso delle fettuccine ai funghi porcini, buone si sentivano che erano fatte a mano forse mancano un po' di funghi ma erano ok. Tra gli altri piatti c'erano anche le fettuccine al ragù e quello non mi ha fatto impazzire. Per secondo ho ordinato un abbacchio alla scottadito che era una squisitezza, speciale. A fine pasto ci hanno offerto dei liquori e un ciambellone appena sfornato che è stata la coccola finale. Servizio: da 10 e lode, ti fanno sentire a casa. Mi sono sentito coccolato. Prezzo: anche questo un punto a favore. Due porzioni di pasta, un abbacchio alla scottadito, una patatina fritta, mezzo litro di vino, un'acqua e due caffè 46 euro con la mezza porzione di pasta della bimba offerta. Ci tornerò senz'altro.
