Dinner with colleagues, arranged at the last minute with a reservation. The atmosphere is pleasant and refined. The sound-absorbing panels make the room quiet. The menu combines traditional fare with a few innovations. The wine list is excellent, with plenty of options from outside the region. Prices are average and fair for the quality and service. Recommended.

We had lunch here as we were passing through, and we had a great time, especially since we have three dogs.
The staff were very kind and helpful, and the food was truly excellent and well-prepared.
Fast service and very friendly staff.

Bianca restaurant in Tavernelle was a real surprise. From the street, it looks like just another trattoria, uninviting, and gives you no idea what awaits you inside. However, once you step inside, you find yourself in a refined, welcoming environment with an atmosphere that far exceeds expectations. The cuisine is refined, the dishes beautifully presented, and the flavors are captivating. The team is young and friendly. The ample parking is also very convenient, saving you from unnecessary hassles. A place that belies appearances: it's worth stopping here.
