Trattoria located on the main road to Vicenza, in Altavilla, with convenient parking, and which offers local recipes.
It has a good selection of starters, first and second courses mainly from land, with the Vicenza-style cod option which is a must.
I opted for a seared wild salmon tartare, and a mixed meat grill which also included sliced sorana.
They also have a selection of typical digestives, such as chamomile liqueur, produced near Vicenza.

Historic restaurant of Altavilla. I had lunch there today and was satisfied. Good simple, well cooked food. Wine 🍷 light and sweet. Excellent dessert.
Added value, a private room for around 20/25 people where you can dine and talk without the problems of having to "raise" your tone to be heard.
I'll be back 😀

If you pass through Altavilla you must stop in this restaurant: spectacular! Excellent wine, excellent pappardelle with hare ragù, excellent service, excellent dessert, excellent, excellent, excellent everything! Come by, it's worth it.

The food is really good! Super welcoming environment and very kind staff, always smiling and helpful. As a starter, the crispy polenta with seasonal mushrooms and seasoned Monteveronese is a true explosion of flavours, perfect together with the soppressa and brustolà polenta. Moving on to the first courses, the long fusilli with bacon, herbs and red radicchio are an incredible mix of taste and freshness.
Beef tartare served with oil, salt and cream, truly delicious!
High quality dishes and truly honest prices: an excellent discovery for those who love good flavors without spending a fortune.

trattoria tipica alla casalinga con un "ottimo servizio .locale accogliente
abbiamo preso come antipasto fiori di zucca e carpaccio di trota.
poi una tartare di manzo ed una tagliata.tutto buonissimo.

Consigliata da un Collega mi sono recata in questa trattoria che non ha deluso: cucina semplice ma buona, porzioni corrette e materia prima di qualità.
Se siete ad Altavilla e alloggiate negli alberghi lì vicino la trattoria può essere il vostro porto sicuro!
