I ordered home delivery from this restaurant, so I can't evaluate the environment and the service, but I was pleasantly surprised by the food, everything was really good.

Fantastic food, I recommend Meatballs without pistachio, slice and diaphragm of horse. Everything top. Except for the waiter who necessarily wants to sell you the most expensive meat. All in all highly recommended.

Finalmente un locale con ottima qualità del cibo, dalla fettina di cavallo alla polpetta (cotta alla perfezione e non stopposa o bruciata), alla salsiccia (non troppo salata e con più carne che grasso). Finalmente un locale in cui non ti rispondono "5 minuti" se chiedi quanto ci sia da aspettare e poi ti accorgi che ci sono altre 3 coppie in attesa per altri 3 tavoli prima di te (come ha fatto il locale accanto, la sera stessa). Finalmente un locale dove si può chiedere al titolare di poter cenare all'interno senza sentire sigarette elettroniche visto che il titolare può vietarle (come accaduto per il solito maleducato che se ne frega se possa dare fastidio ad altri commensali vicini di tavolo pur potendo uscire fuori per l'indispensabile svapata che lo faccia sentire figo). Finalmente una trattoria del centro storico in cui il conto non è "a fantasia", come altri locali vicini, ma rispecchia fedelmente quel che si è ordinato: 65€ per 4 persone, 3 insalate pomodoro, cipolla e ricotta salata, 1 patatine fritte, 4 fettine di cavallo, 4 salsicce, 3 cipollate, 3 polpette, 1 acqua Lete. Complimenti. Da tornarci per provare la fiorentina di cavallo, vista al banco dei preparati tutto con prodotti freschi e nessuna carne poco rossa. Unica critica: qualche sorriso in più del personale non guasterebbe, ma ha compensato il simpatico titolare alla cassa.

Finally a place with excellent quality of food, from the slice of horse to the meatball (cooked to perfection and not stringy or burnt), to the sausage (not salted and with more meat than fat). Finally a place where they don't tell you "5 minutes" if you ask how long you have to wait and then realize that there are 3 other couples waiting for 3 other tables before you (like the place next door did, the same evening ). Finally a place where you can ask the owner to dine inside without smelling electronic cigarettes since the owner can ban them. Finally a trattoria in the historic center where the bill is not "fancy", like other nearby places, but faithfully reflects what was ordered: €65 for 4 people, 3 tomato, onion and salted ricotta salads, 1 French fries, 4 slices of horse, 4 sausages, 3 onions, 3 meatballs, 1 Lete water. Compliments. We'll be back to try the horse steak Florentine, seen at the food counter, all with fresh products and no slightly red meat. The only criticism: a few more smiles from the staff wouldn't hurt, but the friendly owner at the checkout made up for it. Dinner on Friday 20 December.

I ate very well, excellent meat and good service, friendly waiters, I recommend it.

Typisch italienische Trattoria mit fantastischen Grillspezialitäten. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, die Bedienung sehr schnell, die Preise wirklich günstig. Der Lärmpegel war allerdings sehr hoch, ist aber in Lokalen mit überwiegend einheimischen Gästen normal.
