The good was the best we had on Italy. The polpo e patate and fried baby squid were heavenly - the best we ever had. The carbonara was extremely creamy, rich and tasteful and the pasta vongole were great as well. The vino d'elle case was extremely good and cheap. We were so full that we could not get a dessert but I am sure it would have been awesome as well. If love to come again to try the other things on the menu.

A wonderful surprise, repeated a few days later. Welcoming staff and truly high-quality food. I didn't know about it even though I lived in the area, but I'm so glad I stumbled upon it. I'll be back.

The food was good, although the shrimp were frozen. The service was a bit poor. They brought the steak to one of the guests and the two entrees after twenty minutes. Unacceptable. The waiters were not very friendly. The atmosphere was like a trattoria that was trying to improve on its quality, but it stumbled and failed. When I went there as a child, Il ragioniere was a very rustic, authentic trattoria that didn't pretend to amaze with special effects from the freezer.
