Very pleasant discovery in the small town of Palombaro, very friendly owner.
A very welcome Prosecco and not covered in TNT, good appetizers with excellent quality products with local cheeses enhanced by a zero meter honey (beekeeper about 10 meters away).
Mixed roast with good and abundant meat (with one we ate for two), very good fried potatoes, the roasted ones were normal; all served with a bottle of wine to match. Finally, the pizza doce is highly recommended, a typical Abruzzo dessert that few can make well, theirs is fresh and well made. Price largely in line with the norm for the quality of food and service.

we stayed here after a hike in the Fara San Martino gorges. It's not easy to get to, but it's definitely worth it, to enjoy traditional food, at fair prices, served with an authentic smile. Both the Vrache del Mule and the top desserts passed with flying colors!

Lake view restaurant. Very nice owner. Real typical food from Abruzzo. Absolutely worth tasting are the mule vrache, the sagne a pie and the braised veal.

Il locale molto carino, proprietario e personale gentilissimi e professionali.
Ottimo tutto, piatti abbondanti. Buonissime le VRACHE DEL MULO (pasta fatta in casa), l'agnello grigliato e grigliata mista!

Siamo stati a pranzo in questa trattoria dove siamo stati accolti con un aperitivo composto da un calice di prosecco e una frittatina con formaggio e salsiccia di fegato davvero buona. Abbiamo scelto due primi: le vrache di mulo (a dir poco spaziali) e le crepes con zucca, guanciale e formaggio (buonissime), per secondo abbiamo preso la pecora alla callara che era veramente squisita accompagnata con delle patate, infine due dolci, un tiramisù e una pizza dolce. Ci torneremo sicuramente !
