Returning to Dal Pagano is always a pleasure. It's not the first time we've been here, and each time you can sense a constant search for goodness and tradition done right. We loved the cheeses, the rintrociolo and ravioli, the grilled lamb, and the mutton alla callara: all authentic and carefully prepared dishes. The desserts are excellent, especially the fig parfait with San Pasquale. The friendliness and professionalism are impeccable. A trattoria that passionately showcases the local area.

A fantastic experience! The cuisine is authentic and carefully prepared. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. We tried the starters and desserts, and everything was truly delicious. Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back!

Abruzzese cuisine as it once was... It's definitely worth stopping here, or even twice, like we did—because the entire menu is worth trying! The staff were excellent, and everything was truly delicious. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again.

We had a great dinner here a few nights ago and highly recommend it! Incredible food and a lovely place to be. Definitely order the traditional dish of Palombaro!

14/03/2026: Excellent experience, very good food, even with unique variations if you're looking for an alternative to classic pizzas. The service was very fast, organized, and very friendly; it was a pleasure. P.S. Giovanna was excellent and very kind, she made us feel at home.
05/03/2026: Osteria near Abruzzo Airport. We ordered burgers and pizzas to say goodbye to Italy. The pizza was delicious. The waiter was very attentive and friendly.
