A family-run establishment where you'll be warmly welcomed and offered expert advice, allowing you to savor Abruzzo specialties. Excellent local products, cheeses, cured meats, exquisite meats, homemade pasta, generous portions, and fair prices. A must-try.

A welcoming place with a homey atmosphere, a traditional menu featuring local produce, and a restaurant worth visiting for its food and stunning views. The service, however, needs some attention. We'll definitely be back, perhaps without the kids given the long wait.

Dal Pagano is a go-to for the now iconic dish "le vrache di mulo" (mule's ravioli), found only in the area and a real calorie bomb! The restaurant has a rustic feel and a classic mountain atmosphere, and of course, the welcome is genuine and friendly. The rest of the dishes are typically local, using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

More than a trattoria, it feels like home. The service is attentive and fast, and the traditional dishes are plentiful and delicious, including "vrache di mulo" (mule ravioli) and sheep's milk ricotta ravioli, as well as "pizza e foje" (pizza with fowl) and "pecora alla callara" (sheep's milk veal stew). Everything is truly delicious! Prices are average, and the quality/price ratio is truly excellent.
