This is the third time I have stopped for lunch at this trattoria (which is more like an inn). The last time I had the crostone with burrata and dried tomatoes as an appetizer (very good) and a sliced ​​steak with caramelized Tropea onion which was equally good. In addition to the excellent menu, I should mention the pleasant service and the truly warm atmosphere. Highly recommended.

spent a pleasant evening. good food welcoming environment as the service. unfortunately the room is not very soundproof and when there are rude people the background noise is a bit annoying. overall recommended

I liked it...nice room (there is also space outside for outdoor dining in the summer)..menu with Mantuan classics but also with original dishes..I ate well, to return for sure...there were 5 of us..so 5 appetizers (some abundant) and 5 dishes (a fish, three meats and a first course)..no dessert (it didn't fit)..half a liter of wine 3 bottles of water and 5 coffees...cost between 35/40 euros...to try...

Fantastic erodi passage but we will definitely see each other again. The culatello and the cold cuts platter are excellent. The pumpkin tortelli and the wild boar macaroni are fantastic. Really good.

Last night on our way back from Mantua we decided to stop and eat in this Trattoria on the way home. Beautiful place surrounded by greenery, simple and easy-going service. Traditional, quality dishes and cooked very well. We opted for: - tortelloni with guinea fowl and herbs, - tagliatelle with pigeon and morels, -sbrisolona with eggnog. Overall, excellent value for money, I recommend it even with the opening of the season given that there are green spaces surrounded by nature.

30/06/2025: I followed the advice of many people who had already visited this tavern! I can only confirm how good the dishes are! The tavern is very close to the center, better to book in advance because it is always full and there is a good reason! Typical Mantua dishes and appetizers not only Mantua but also from other nearby cities with quality cheeses and cured meats! Very kind and above all fast staff :) Prices are normal. Super, super recommended!
