Trattoria Dal Bagolo’ In Parma

18/11/2025: A small but well-maintained restaurant in the heart of Parma, specializing in Chinese street food and sushi. The ingredients are of more than decent quality, and the menu is reasonably extensive. The sushi gets top marks, truly excellent and fresh; the fried foods are crispy and not greasy; the ravioli are also well-made, but occasionally they were undercooked. The only downside is the noodles, which are light but flavorless and contain almost no fish (three tiny pieces of surimi and a microscopic tentacle). Definitely disappointing, given the place's name. The service from the girls is also rather lacking, accompanied by dry and at times slow service. The portions are adequate for the modest price. With just a little improvement in the service and more attention to the dishes (and cleaning the lamps above the tables!), it could truly become a city staple for lovers of Asian cuisine.
