Excellent place, the food and dishes were beautifully presented, as well as excellent quality, starting from the raw ingredients. The staff was kind and available to meet every need. Paola welcomed us and looked after us throughout the lunch, providing us with the best advice on everything. She smiled and was determined to understand and fulfill every need.
The taiarin with truffle and pork cheek was top-notch, with a unique flavor, indescribable in its deliciousness and aromas.
I highly recommend it... a must-visit if you're in the area. 😉😊

I wanted to thank the staff at this restaurant, which I wasn't familiar with. We stumbled upon it by chance, looking for a good place for something hot, since we'd been at the Verduno hospital mortuary all morning.
Of course, all the tables had reservations. They didn't hesitate to make us a first course, so even though this was a quick visit due to unfortunate circumstances, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. The first courses were, of course, excellent ❤️

A high-end trattoria.
Gianni, the owner, is a courteous and affable person who welcomes guests as if they were old friends.
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and takes great care to serve their guests.
I tried the Fassona beef tartare (delicious and highly recommended) and the fried porcini mushrooms (a generous portion and perfectly breaded).
The wine selection is also noteworthy, professionally recommended by Ambra.

Tagliolini with truffle, without being weighed, 2 plates, one full and one half empty. The lamb and the stuffed cabbage appetizer were good... for the rest, neither praise nor infamy. A bit of a manger with dozens of covers. Anyway, kind.

I went there twice in a row for dinner between October and November. Gianni, the owner and chef, graciously welcomed us into his restaurant.
He's a warm and truly kind person, and after dinner, it was interesting and enjoyable to chat with him.
They have a large and extensive selection of local wines, so you're spoiled for choice; I opted for a Pelaverga di Verduno on the waiter's recommendation and was pleasantly surprised by its deliciousness.
I tried a few of the house appetizers, including the fried porcini mushrooms and the Fassona beef tartare, which were out of this world. In fact, I returned just for the tartare... AMAZING.
And for my main course, I savored the beef cheek, which melted in my mouth with its tenderness.
Highly recommended.

Great easy restaurant. The off menu dish of veal tongue on a bed of veggies were outstanding. Also their rabbit with gorgonzola I can highly recommend. Very fair prices! They make you feel right at home. Menu had English on them.
