Nestled in the enchanting Langhe landscape, the trattoria boasts a lovely outdoor terrace and delicious traditional cuisine, featuring fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients. The staff is very attentive, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend the fried porcini mushrooms and tagliolini with truffle: truly delicious.

We visited this restaurant on a Sunday for lunch, and there were only a few of us: two of us chose the tasting menu and two ordered à la carte. Everything was truly excellent: from the tajarin with ragù to the agnolotti del plin stuffed with meat and roast sauce, typical dishes prepared with great care and flavor. The pork cheek braised in Barolo was also delicious, but the most surprising highlight was the pork ribs cooked in Pelaverga wine, tender and flavorful, a dish that won us over. A welcoming atmosphere and friendly service: a must-see in the Langhe!

Loud. We spent time for dinner here. There was high volume tecno like music from speakers and many foreign customers who were talking with really loud voice. Maybe they had some good wine during their meal. Otherwise the food, service and location were nice and it was a good restaurant. I liked that the tables were bigger than other local restaurants. I will go back there during the winter hoping that less loud customers.

Siamo stati in questo locale sabato scorso in occasione del nostro soggiorno nelle stupende Langhe. Abbiamo preso dei plin eccezionali così come la tagliata di fassona abbinata a delle buonissime patate e zucchine. Dolci buonissimi anch'essi. Porzioni generose, servizio molto efficiente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!

Abbiamo mangiato all'aperto in un gran cortile coperto da enormi tendoni e alte vegetazioni, menu e carta vini tipici del posto, ciascun piatto ha soddisfatto le aspettative di tutti i commensali. 4 stelle perché il servizio è il più lento a cui abbia assistito

28/09/2025: Located in the Arma Valley, above Demonte, it can be reached by car, but especially by bike and motorbike. The surrounding landscape is magnificent and wild. The cuisine is excellent, carefully prepared and homemade, with vegetarian options. The owner and staff are kind and cheerful. We didn't use the rooms, so I can't comment. In the summer, there's a star box just outside the refuge, allowing you to sleep while fully enjoying the starry night sky.
14/09/2025: A charming place, we spent a wonderful, relaxing day. The owner was welcoming, and all the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent, authentic dishes, and exquisite desserts. We'll definitely be back!

21/09/2025: A wonderful place run by friendly, knowledgeable, and very knowledgeable staff, everyone is very friendly. Fixed-price menu. Fresh, quality ingredients. In my opinion, some dishes were over-seasoned, such as the roast beef, which had too much oil, almost nauseating. The mushroom tahini were disappointing; the only flavor you could taste was the stock cube. The tagliata steak, on the other hand, was excellent, cooked just right, truly unique! Definitely worth a try. Remember to book well in advance!
