Trattoria Da Vincenzo In Potenza

We had lunch at Vincenzo's while passing through Potenza. The experience is absolutely unique, in a world, like today's, made of fast, industrialized and laboratory foods. Vincenzo offers poor, rustic cuisine, with traditional ingredients. It doesn't have a line, with set ingredients and a certain amount covered to be made at all costs. It's as if you go to visit a relative, who knows how to shop and cook, and who says to you: "Listen, I have this to consume. Would you like if I cut out the pasta and eat it?". Menu spoken orally, a chat with the innkeeper in the ancient way; you eat, you get up, you pay the right amount and you leave, aware that places like this practically don't exist anymore and that there are even fewer people who appreciate such genuine experiences.

Vincenzo es un maestro! Nos ayudó a contactar a familiares perdidos que teníamos en Potenza (somos uruguayos), la comida excepcional, dejamos que el nos trajera lo que recomendaba y no desilucionó! Barato, excelente atención y riquísimo! Recomiendo totalmente!

Lasciatevi trasportare in un ambiente fermo nel tempo. Il signor Vincenzo vi guiderà sapientemente nella sua cantina in un percorso gastronomico all'insegna della semplicità tutta speciale della cucina di casa. Qualità delle materie prime davvero buona e un vino della casa che non era niente male. Una vera e propria osteria senza fronzoli e con tutto l'essenziale!

Vincenzo è un luogo dove sentiesi a casa uscendo dai soliti schemi. Luogo dove si assaporano le tradizioni di un tempo, l'orologio sembra si sia fermato a quando tutto era genuino , come il sorriso di Vincenzo e la moglie pronti ad accoglierti per farti immergere nel loro mondo genuino.

Perfetta come trattoria con cibo casereccio, poca scelta ma giusta tra prodotti freschi, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e proprietario simpatico e chiacchierone
