Highly recommend for lovers of raw beef, we came for the second time, the first time an Italian friend brought us a few years ago, now that we came, the address has changed. I think the service was better the last time we came. In terms of food, the raw aged Fiorentina meat is amazing, serve it plain or with truffle or with peanuts, and the accompaniments are all very tasty. The new management is trying to promote the gin they make, which is good but for many people it is not suitable to drink with food. It should be estimated at around €70 per person.

A charming restaurant. There aren't many seats, but they do have a large dining room for groups who want to enjoy a quiet meal. The food is excellent, with their specialty being raw meat aged with passion and care by the owner. He'll give you advice and explain how he ages the meat. He'll also explain today's menu and, based on your tastes, help you choose what you're most interested in. The icing on the cake is the pairings for each dish, with some special gin and tonics (some of which are homemade), which pair perfectly with the dishes you're eating. They also have a wine list. The staff is friendly and professional, and reservations are required.
