A charming restaurant. There aren't many seats, but they do have a large dining room for groups who want to enjoy a quiet meal.
The food is excellent, with their specialty being raw meat aged with passion and care by the owner. He'll give you advice and explain how he ages the meat.
He'll also explain today's menu and, based on your tastes, help you choose what you're most interested in.
The icing on the cake is the pairings for each dish, with some special gin and tonics (some of which are homemade), which pair perfectly with the dishes you're eating. They also have a wine list.
The staff is friendly and professional, and reservations are required.

A superb experience. Top-quality meat, selected and prepared by expert hands. Gin made with our own recipes. Unique, distinctive aromas. The owner's expertise, who knows and can suggest the best pairings, is there for you. You have to try it... it's hard to convey the true sensations.

A wonderful experience.
The food and drinks are simply exceptional, the staff excellent, and the owner is incredibly kind and goes the extra mile, explaining how he prepares the ingredients for his dishes. Practically everything is a house specialty, but the Florentine steak stands out.
A charming place with nice, wide tables, comfortable seating, and places where you don't have to squeeze your elbows together. They also have a private room for private dinners.
An excellent wine cellar, stocked with fine wines, craft beers from almost all over Italy, a great selection of whiskeys and bourbons, and even a decent selection of Cuban cigars for those who enjoy smoking. The selection of gins would be too long to explain. I should point out that the owner has now produced his fourth label, and I'll leave that judgment to those who dine at this superb restaurant, which he defines as a TRATTORIA.
Personal advice: given how much you eat, it's best to plan two visits: one for the first course, side dishes, and desserts, and one for the Florentine steak and gin and tonics, which are practically mandatory to fully enjoy that type of meat.
I almost forgot, much better to book at least a week in advance.

We went there with friends, and let's just say I'd never eaten raw Fiorentina before. I can honestly say I've never eaten a specialty like it in my life. Exceptional. And the pairing with their homemade gin is something out of this world. Well done. Keep it up, you guys are exceptional.
