Excellent restaurant, good food, I ate free-range chicken with homemade polenta. Excellent farmer's appetizers, own-produced white Luly and red Cabernet-Savignon wine.... Recommended

Un locale che non delude mai. Si mangia davvero benissimo, in un'atmosfera familiare. Personale molto professionale e al contempo amichevole, siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti! Un grazie a Gilberto, a Graziella e a tutto lo staff!

Easter lunch, excellent starters (we asked for an encore), especially the pumpkin + montasio flan. Very good pie with wild herbs. The meat (fillet) was a little tough, we didn't take the lamb. The wine is good. The service was unable to give me vegetarian alternatives (I had said so twice on the phone) so I skipped almost all the dishes. Children's menu pasta+schnitzel. Good desserts with 3 choices. They discounted us €5 from the fixed menu as we didn't have lamb

Let me start by saying: I have always enjoyed both the welcome and the food.
On Easter Monday I went with friends, but the food was terrible, the mixed grill was small and overheated, the white chocolate and pineapple dessert was terrible! Maybe it was for the day, but I was very disappointed!

Historic family-run trattoria, the occasion of the visit was the end-of-year company dinner, a warm, comfortable room with a pleasant view of the typical Friulian fogolar lit up. Superior quality home-made cold cuts, with the authentic flavor of the home-made pork butchery of the past, very good first courses in particular the home-prepared pumpkin gnocchi, the unmissable second course is the frico, also prepared on site and not "industrial", in my opinion notice the real frico is the one where you feel the piece of the potato and not a "purée". Locally produced Ronco Penasa wines also aligned with the quality of the dishes. On the desserts I refer to the comments of my colleagues as I have not tasted them, but they were also greatly appreciated. Price more than honest considering the quality of the raw materials.
