Trattoria Da Venerio In Alfonsine

Excellent trattoria where the food is truly excellent. It's a bit out of the way, but it's still worth the trip to try. It's right on the road, with almost nothing around, but the atmosphere inside is very pleasant, with a large, bright dining room and a sort of open-air dining area. A fixed-price menu (€15) is available from Tuesday to Friday. This menu includes tagliatelle, ravioli, and gnocchi, all homemade, and for main courses, grilled meat, mutton, and grilled meat, cold dishes, and everything is truly excellent, as are the side dishes. Also, there's an à la carte menu, which I haven't seen. I really liked this trattoria for the food. Ample parking.

Quiet, spacious place, very kind staff and a completely home-made menu with plenty of choice. In the end I had the tagliatelle, top.
