Fantastic restaurant, went back multiple times over my visit. Carbonara was amazing for the first visit, second visit I had the tortolini with meat sauce + liver and it was just as good. Owner was very friendly and made sure we had a great time. They also offer both home made pasta and home made limoncello. Would definitely come back again.

I have fond memories of this place, fifty years ago in 1975 I did my military service in Cecchignola, and when we could afford it we went to Valentino, with the certainty of eating well without spending crazy amounts: in those days you spent a maximum of 2500 - 3000 lire. It is commendable that after so many years the place has remained almost the same, even though times have changed... Luciano 1953

La classica trattoria romana che ti fa sentire subito a casa ... l'accoglienza è stata ottima ... Ottimo cibo cucinato come da tradizione abbiamo assaggiato i tre primi piatti della tradizione romana ed erano eccellenti ... Il prezzo competitivo, ottimo per una famigliola in gita domenicale .... che dire poi della la location "I fori imperiali" a 200 metri il Colosseo a 300 metri e l'Altare della Patria a 500 metri ...

Bar Pasticceria III Girone

09/05/2025: Bar - Pastry shop, at the Pigneto metro exit, which offers excellent quality products. The pastry shop is fresh: the croissants are good, especially those with cream, and the small pastries; there are biscuits of all kinds. The service is fast and the staff is friendly.
01/03/2025: The best coffee in Pigneto for us who love coffee! Fixed appointment every morning after dropping off the daughters at school, always crowded but the good coffee and Bruna's smile repay the wait (never too long). I forgot: the desserts are also very good!
