We ordered the artichoke as starter, ragatelli with bacon and Saltimbocca alla Romana ,both were absolutely delicious and clearly among their most popular dishes. A great recommendation.
For dessert, we shared tiramisu and mascarpone mousse with wild strawberries both outstanding and the perfect way to finish the meal.
With a glass of wine, the total came to €75 for two, which felt very reasonable for the quality and overall experience.
Everything was excellent — food, service, and atmosphere.
Make sure to reserve a table in advance, as the place is very popular.

I would go back and recommend it to others. We ate very well, and the kindness of the staff and Mrs. Tiziana was wonderful. The service was impeccable; all the dishes came out at the same time, which hasn't been so common lately. The atmosphere is welcoming, like a trattoria, but with great attention to detail. The food is good and the portions are generous. Highly recommended, and I speak as a Roman.

Satisfying, some dishes are excellent, but you have to be careful with the salt, everything is very salty, but with recipes like carbonara you have to be very careful, because the various ingredients make the recipe already particularly tasty, so it would be better to hold back a little with the salt or it will immediately turn out too salty...
