Sabatino Ristorante is a family-run restaurant that offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Although the service is quite slow, the staff is always very courteous. The starters of local cured meats and cheeses are delicious, while the first courses are excellent, particularly the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffles. The mixed meat is tender and full of flavour, truly exceptional. The skinny fries are the best I've ever tasted. The desserts are also fabulous, with the fig and walnut tart being particularly tempting. Recommended for those looking for authentic and tasty cuisine.

Trattoria. semplice, di tipo familiare, con un menù caratterizzato da pochi piatti ma buoni ed abbondanti, personale gentile, possibilità di pranzare e cenare anche all' esterno, prezzi abbastanza modici

tranquilla trattoria con cucina veramente tipica del territorio. sapori eleganti ama a tratti forti e decisi. ambiente semplice nella ex mensa ferrovieri della stazione . si sta bene però.

Simple little place but where you eat well, tasty and non-trivial dishes. Attached to the Castel Di Sangro train station, it is a comfortable restaurant for tourists but also appreciated by locals. Recommended

We've been here for lunch on Sunday. It's a nice rustic spot where local food is the main character. Their house red wine is a lovely choice and food portions are generous. My pasta dish: ravioli with rocket and tartufo was delicious. We will certainly be back.

28/08/2024: Welcoming location, polite service. As for the pizza, we have strong doubts that it was express, as the oven is there but the pizza chef is missing, the result being a biscuit pizza... You can do better.
