What can I say... Trattoria da Roberto isn't just the best place to eat between Bologna, Ravenna, and Cesena, it's a place where the courtesy of the staff and owners makes you feel truly at home. Rita is masterful in the dining room, Roberto is unique and fantastic in directing the Gogliardian orchestra, and the kitchen is top-notch! Wonderful food, carefully prepared, excellent ingredients, and enchanting flavors. If you're not into fun and slightly noisy places, stay home... if you want to spend less, stay home... if you're fun and want to eat really well, then da Roberto is the right place for you. Highly recommended!

You walk in and it feels like you're entering a 30-year-old trattoria. You immediately notice the vegetables on the table with dips, all ready. The classic Romagna appetizers arrive shortly afterward, without having ordered them (it's like that for everyone, you know). Shortly afterward, Roberto, a very particular older gentleman, arrives. He lists the menu and then you choose. The menu is listed, you choose, and off you go. Special mention goes to the dessert trolleys (there are about 3/4 of them), which are very good and varied. The place is a trattoria, and after a while they play classical Romagna music at a high volume, which, however, is appreciated in such a setting, and you can still converse at the table.

I went for dinner with a couple of friends. Not knowing how it worked, we were overwhelmed by this menu, which we discovered little by little. The dishes were circulated on the trolleys and offered to you as many times as you wanted. By the end of the appetizers, we were already full from the amount of food we received. We ordered cappelletti with ragù, but instead we got tortellini. We didn't say anything because they were delicious. For the main course, the cutlet Bolognese and shoulder of angel food, all delicious. For dessert, four trolleys arrived, overflowing with things, and you could order as much as you wanted without paying per dish. It's been a long time since I've eaten so well; everything was high-quality, fresh, and homemade. The only downside is that since there's no set menu, you don't know how much you're spending.

The food was good, but the prices were very high! They didn't have a menu. We spent €200 for 5 people on an appetizer that they brought right away without asking us anything (piadina, salami, mortadella, and dipped vegetables), a trio of pasta dishes suggested by the owner, 3 waters, 2 bottles of wine, a dessert, and 3 coffees... €40 per person!!

26/03/2026: It was a unique and incredible experience. The whole quality of Miròla lies, in my opinion, in the quality of the food and the attentive service. I arrived on Saturday at 12:30, the restaurant's opening time. The doors were still closed, and those of us who had reservations had already been waiting in line for a few minutes. The wait for opening becomes an excuse to give new customers the chance to read the only available menu posted at the entrance, something perhaps customary in inns of long ago... As soon as the doors open, one of the waitresses welcomes everyone and diligently directs them to their respective tables. Mine was a table for four, in one of the restaurant's three rooms. Shortly afterward, the waitress arrives and takes your order with a smile and a friendly approach, without using any instructions and therefore memorizing everything in her head (I see the same thing happening even with tables of multiple diners, and this is therefore indicative of absolute mastery of the menu and the craft). The dishes arrive. In my case, cappelletti with ragù, a mixed roast meat including a very tender mutton, and a side of baked potatoes. To top it all off, a latte brûlée, Miròla's true highlight. Coffee and amaro. Everything was perfect. A place without any aesthetic or decorative frills, just food and the convivial atmosphere it manages to create, even if you're alone. Standing ovation for everything 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Go, book in advance, but go.

03/05/2026: A family-friendly place, with incredibly friendly and fun staff and truly delicious dishes (the strozzapreti with vegetables is out of this world). The fireplace where they cook the meat creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I return often, and above all, it's my go-to place for family when they come to visit from out of town. Really good!
22/04/2026: Typical trattoria. Homemade food. Excellent. Excellent atmosphere, with wonderful Italian background music. Friendly and professional service. Bravo!!
