Truly excellent food. I wanted to compliment the chef directly, but I would have risked diving headfirst into the grill along with the ribs and tagliata, driven by uncontrollable hunger pangs, so much so that I'd had so much enjoyment during dinner earlier.

This restaurant was my destination to go and eat grilled food but in 2026 something changed, the meat is poor quality and also the pasta sauces, I felt sick all night and not only me but also other people, I'm sorry

An excellent dinner.
The first course was fettuccine with game ragù, and the second course was a beef fillet cube roll—both were very generous...had I known that, I wouldn't have ordered both. 🙂. Very good. As were the side dishes: baked potatoes and creamed polenta. Coffee and sorbet to finish. A liter of water and a quarter of rabosello were included. The bill was €34: excellent for the portions.
A wonderful experience. And special mention goes to the staff in the dining room, who were quick and kind. And compliments to the waitresses: very nice, which doesn't hurt at all. 😉

I'd been gone for 30 years. The owner, Michele, has remained the same. An extraordinary person. Obviously, the place has been renovated, but the cuisine remains authentic, good, and carefully prepared. I should start by saying that I'm not one to give compliments because I'm strict about the food. I recommend you book and try his cuisine.
