I can't understand how there can be positive reviews about the staff. A terrible experience, repeated over time. I've ordered takeout pizza several times, and on several occasions, I've been delivered a different pizza than what I ordered. The order is taken over the phone by a waitress who is constantly distracted, unprofessional, and has an arrogant and unpleasant attitude. The most serious thing, however, isn't even the mistake itself (which can happen), but the fact that, faced with the obvious error, the waitress denied everything, placing the blame on the customer instead of admitting the mistake. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially when the problem has already occurred multiple times.

And that's exactly what happened: a hefty bill for a simple dinner. The pizza had the same flaws now common to many: the dough was stiff and cardboardy on the edge, burned underneath (a wood-fired oven needs some skill) and still soft. The fried foods and dessert were quite good. But we won't be returning.

The restaurant is located in Rocca Priora, has convenient indoor parking, and is warm and welcoming (you eat in the dining room with a fireplace). The service is attentive, friendly, and fast. We ordered three excellent mixed grills (beef, pork, lamb, and sausage, all cooked in the fireplace) with sides of fries and chicory, and a superb bruschetta. While we waited, they offered us some delicious fried polenta. The house wine was included, along with complimentary tozzetti, amaro, and a chocolate cake. Excellent value (€97 for three, the grilled dishes only €17). Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic food and a homey atmosphere. Generous portions. Well done, we'll definitely be back!
