Family!... Maybe it's because, as a single person, it's what I particularly appreciate, but that was the feeling. Courtesy, a simple, not "imposed" smile... an excellent initial impact. I enjoyed two simple but carefully prepared and delicious appetizers, an excellent and plentiful first course, and a delicious and generous dessert compared to the portions usually served. Next time, I'll focus on the second course, which just wasn't there today. So...see you next time!

The true luxury in the Italian gastronomic panorama is finding and still being able to sit and dine in places like this, where traditional and home-made dishes triumph, leaving the boring homeopathic cuisine of the fake taverns and fake Mastechef-style trattorias that are now invading even the full Venetian countryside behind by light years. Abundant, simple and tasty dishes in an environment where you really feel at home. House specialties are boiled meats but I also recommend the tagliatelle with aubergine sauce and the wild herb omelette to try.

... non vorrei propagandare troppo il locale ... non vorrei affollarlo troppo per troppi commensali. Si mangia benissimo, con alta qualità delle portate peraltro abbondanti. Da tornare

20/04/2025: Locale carino , con buona cucina e con un servizio in sala molto attento. Ho preso una tagliata di carne che ho trovato buona. Bella la vista sui vigneti.
24/11/2024: Soggiornavo a pochi minuti da questo locale e ho deciso di prenotare. Servizio ottimo (il cameriere che mi ha seguito e’ stato molto bravo) forse il locale non è curatissimo ( mio gusto personale ovviamente). ho mangiato un buon primo abbondante più un contorno. Non capisco molto il costo del coperto e dell’acqua (bottiglia normalissima) ma ultimamente tutti i ristoratori stanno seguendo questa linea. Se in zona comunque consiglio

02/08/2025: We had a great time, we ate very well and the service was professional and very kind. Recommended!
02/08/2025: A place offering both cicchetti and other dishes. Obviously, since it's an osteria, you can also have lunch or dinner. The location is enviable, overlooking the river and the Sile. It's easily accessible not only by car, but also by cyclists and others. There's no outside service, so you'll have to fight a bit to find a table...
