Trattoria Da Pippo In Fara vicentino

Passing through for work, I had the opportunity to dine at Pippo's with colleagues. The atmosphere was simple, rustic, but welcoming, as were the staff. The meat was excellent, and the service was friendly. A lovely evening that I hope to repeat!

The house wine tasted like vinegar, and the desserts (tart/pie) were industrially made, served still cold from the fridge. The first course, broth-based, with livers on the side, must have yielded 50 grams of spaghetti in the broth, without wanting to overdo it. The only joy was the skewered meat, delicious, flavorful, and plentiful. But the rest of the menu needs to be reviewed.

The spit was exceptional, like everything else.

A feast of roasted birds, prompt service, everything was fine. The only downside was that we couldn't talk to friends because of the excessive noise. They should try to soundproof the space better.

What can I say, at Pippo's you know you will find good food. You are in a typical trattoria where everyone knows each other and the customers are always the same ones who know that the food is good. Simple dishes of Venetian cuisine with excellent first courses and good meat
