Very good business lunch, modest prices and friendly staff

Trattoria south of Brescia near the Pedernello castle. The restaurant is located in a courtyard and offers a fixed menu for lunch. The food is very simple but good. The girls at the service are very nice. I recommend it for anyone who wants to stop and eat simple dishes without too many pretensions in peace, which sometimes is also an advantage.

Located between Orzinuovi and Quinzano, in this small hamlet, in a farmhouse you don't expect. Well the dress does NOT make the monk, in fact don't be fooled by the place or the small entrance door... once you cross that door, you will find yourself in one of the best classic trattorias in Brescia. Courtesy, speed and the goodness of simple dishes make the difference. Little stuff but good and succulent see Salamina at the fire 🔥.
