A classic osteria, but with horse meat. The gnocchi, tagliata, and straecche are spectacular. Even those who don't like horse meat will be satisfied with the classic or tomato ragù, and the Vicenza-style cod. Roast potatoes and beans all'uccelletto are worthy side dishes. It's hard not to find something authentic that will satisfy the palate. Fast service and long-standing owners, always attentive to the needs of their guests. It's best to book to secure a table.

Authentic, authentic, and genuine. Places like this deserve to be protected like pandas. The location hasn't changed since the mid-1980s. The menu focuses primarily on horse meat, and the quality/price ratio puts other establishments to shame. "Popular" prices are affordable for everyone. If you're passing through the area, this is a must-see.

Old-fashioned trattoria, homely without frills as we like it. Excellent food (if you like horse meat of course but they also have some alternatives), generous portions which for me are essential. Price perfectly in line if not even a little cheaper than expected considering the main raw material. Kind and present staff.

01/11/2025: I went with my girlfriend for my birthday: elegant atmosphere with an open kitchen, friendly, discreet staff, attentive to all the guests' needs. Superb food: you can see and taste the chef's research and exploration of unusual and never banal combinations, which translates into a true culinary experience. We will definitely be back.
19/10/2025: We had a lovely dinner at Tolo Rasa on a Friday evening. We felt sorry for Chef Luca as we were the only guests that evening. Despite that unusual circumstance, the Chef and his two kitchen staff and a lovely waitress presented a wonderful selection of dishes we chose from two tasing menus. Everything we tried reflected great care in preparation and presentation and was described by Chef Luca.

04/12/2025: Excellent pizza. Friendly and fast staff. Fair prices.
18/11/2025: The food is excellent, the prices aren't too high and the portions are decent. In my opinion, the only flaw is the wine selection, and more importantly, the prices. There's no cheap house wine, and if you want to drink, you have to spend.
