Tutto bene, tutto buono, tutto perfetto ma sono uscita dal locale che puzzavo di fritto da fare cadere. Nonostante mi sia lavata i capelli l e abbia tenuto il cappotto l’intera notte all’aperto l’odore di fritto è rimasto ancora. Non ci tornerei solo per quello. Ci si rivede quest’estate!

Unpretentious place, not very crowded on Saturday lunch. Reservation made to be safe after the review in the Osteria Guide. We chose two first courses: Anchovy pasta and onion soup, both really delicious. As a second cuttlefish with exquisite artichokes. The desserts are also very good: soufflé with a soft center and cooked pears with ice cream. The cook in the small kitchen is friendly and very good. Five stars deserved for the goodness of the dishes.

Environment that takes you back in time like the cutlery and plates of the EN Place set, quite fast and attentive service. Proposals for Ligurian dishes with fish courses, the rabbit is very good. I advise!

I rarely go to this place but every time I go it meets my expectations. Lately I've been eating the so-called "Christmas soup" and boiled meat: delicious. Excellent Ligurian cuisine. Wines for connoisseurs. Adequate prices. 12/16/23 I returned there, with my family, after some time. I found the same pleasant atmosphere there. In addition to the classic Christmas soup, we asked for a vegan menu. The two dishes that were served were really good. The service was accurate and courteous. The bill was contained. We asked for the doggy bag which was kindly given to us

In una giornata di pioggia siamo stati accolti dal proprietario un po’ prima dell’apertura. Locale vecchio stile ma ben tenuto e pulito. Menù con piatti tipici liguri, preparati con cura e amore come se si fosse stati ospitati a casa. Ci siamo stati in compagnia della mostra cagnolino che è stata ammessa. Servizio veloce e preciso. Una piacevole scoperta nel cuore di Savona.

The visit to Savona could not have had a better ending. A very charming restaurant with delicious traditional food. Both the pasta, the salads, the octopus and the desserts are delicious. Very pleasant and super attentive service. It is worth visiting to enjoy excellent food.

Menù con piatti tipici liguri, preparati con cura e amore come se si fosse stati ospitati a casa. Ci siamo stati in compagnia della mostra cagnolino che è stata ammessa. Servizio veloce e preciso. Una piacevole scoperta nel cuore di Savona.

05/04/2024: Pizzeria classified by Forbes among the 100 Italian excellences in 2024. Precisely for this reason, moved by curiosity, one evening I decided to try this much celebrated pizzeria. Unfortunately I didn't find the location particularly well looked after, the tablecloths and napkins were made of paper, the internal chairs were made of plastic and the windows were very dirty. The pizza wasn't bad but the general quality for me doesn't allow it to be called Italian excellence, furthermore the photos of the pizzas published on social media are very different from those that arrive at the table. The service was courteous but not impeccable, the prices average, indeed perhaps slightly pretentious considering the attention to detail and the venue. I would add that the clothes take on a smell, perhaps due to the poor air recirculation and suction capacity. Overall, in my opinion, this pizzeria should do better, especially given the important report they received. Last detail, the oven is electric and not wood-fired.

Osteria del Tempo Stretto

19/02/2024: Pleasant place, few tables, simple, familiar. The artichoke pie on fondue is excellent, the cardamom pudding is very good. Unfortunately, the octopus with olives and capers was cold and there were too many capers.
11/02/2024: We had lunch today, all based on fish and artichokes, fantastic, delicious, very refined cuisine, welcoming staff, absolutely recommended. We will definitely be back.
