I must say that since it is a trattoria I would have expected some simple and/or traditional dishes. In any case, the quality is average and the prices medium high. Experience to repeat? I don't know, I don't think so at the moment....

I was there for Valentine's Day dinner with my girlfriend. everything was full but they managed to give us a table early.
they are very professional when it comes to communication. after booking they wrote me all the booking information over the phone.
A little dark and minimal environment.
they initially served us with a drink of berries and wine and a cross of parmesan on pepper, the latter was a small portion and a bit tasteless which disappointed us a bit.
we continued with an appetizer of "Nordio Balance" fried foods. Very good and not heavy, the Ascoli olives are not similar to the originals but they are delicious, the cremini were good.
after which we had two first courses, Gnocchetti with duck ragù which were really good and tasty, and the Km0 Ravioli which however did not satisfy me, the pasta was tasteless as if there was no salt in the cooking water, the bacon was good and was very unrelated to the Ravioli.
finally we took a millefeuille offered for Valentine's Day.
it had a very nice presentation but it wasn't good, the cream and the pastries were tasteless, we didn't finish eating it.
The wait staff were all very friendly.
We have €50 in total
I would like to go back to try the other dishes although after this experience I feel a little wary about it.
But I think they can improve, they have a lot of potential

We had lunch in this restaurant which only has the name Trattoria. It is a very clean and sometimes even refined environment. The service was very friendly, fast and professional. We had some fantastic ravioli with cherry tomatoes and bacon filled with ricotta and spinach... Fabulous, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. The paccheri carbonara were good (the only negative note of the whole lunch was that it arrived a little warm). Good wine but not among my favorite Morro tears. The beef cheek was nothing short of heavenly and the Roman artichokes better than those I ate in Trastevere just under a week ago. Special mention to the desserts and specifically the delicious trifle and the Nordiomisù which alone is worth the price of the ticket. I found the idea of serving it sushi style complete with coffee separated into a bowl and chopsticks brilliant. I will definitely come back. Advised

It looks like a trattoria but inside everything is renovated and modern.
The cured meats were not very good and the prices were too high are points for improvement.
Then the day we ate there, even though the waiters were friendly, the service was very slow.

The gnocchi and tagliatelle are excellent, the atmosphere is pleasant and the side dishes are also tasty. Seeing the dishes that arrived at the other tables, the appetizers with cured meats and chicken with potacchio made an excellent impression.
