The owner's wife was irritable and nervous from the moment she greeted us. The owner was equally unwelcoming. The food was of decent quality (the meat this restaurant is supposedly famous for had a strange smell), the pasta was overcooked, and the soapstone was unclean. The atmosphere was very nice and traditional, with a truly charming wood-fired oven in full view. It's a shame about everything else. Prices were normal.

Historic restaurant located in Campomarino. Service and hospitality are average. The owner seems a bit gruff, but he's actually a nice guy. Excellent food. Amazing lamb. Good value. The restaurant is small, so reservations are essential. Free parking along the street. We recommend it.

A simple yet quaint and welcoming place. The owner seems lazy, but he's actually attentive and kind. The staff are friendly and professional. The food is good and authentic: homemade orecchiette and good-quality meat cooked over embers in the fireplace at just the right time. Very fair prices: a full dinner starts at €40. A generous tip is a must.

The food and service were commendable. The meat was exquisite and incredibly tender. Top notch. We'll definitely be back. I recommend making a reservation, given the intimate yet very unique and charming atmosphere.

Limited seating and high demand.
Grilled meat, devastating lamb.
Family service, you feel at home.
Worth returning every night, little talk and lots of action, surprising wine list, you have to go, but make a reservation.
